Kind of a unique, old-timey Taco Bell. I remember going here, years ago, and I’m glad it’s open again. The food is what you expect: salty, but you can get pretty decent vegetarian fast food that’s not a crazy amount of calories. Employees were nice here!

Stopped here for lunch, out of all the Taco Bell’s I have eaten at this was by far in my top two, too bad for me I’m on vacation. All the food came out fresh and hot, decent portion sizes and nothing seemed old or over cooked. Limited parking but enough, outdoor seating which wasn’t bad.

I’ve been going to this Taco Bell (Kapahulu) location for many years. They recently reopened after renovating and the food is terrible now! It was very busy tonight. Waited almost an hour for my order to be completed! Drove home 4 minutes away. The soggy nacho fries weren’t even warm and the meat filling in my crunchy tacos were cold! Ordered a large fruit punch with the meal and got some kind of pinkish soda?? I hope it wasn’t a caffeinated beverage because I medically can’t have caffeine! After waiting over 50 minutes I see a bag just sitting in the window and decided to ask if that was my order. The young man in the window kept mumbling under his breath. I couldn’t hear him! Had to ask him 5x if it was my order then asked where’s my large fruit punch? He pointed to the pink drink and I took it. I’m aware of the new eco laws with packaging, however they need to do better with the side nacho cheese containers. Charging too much for 1.25 ounces! I measured the amount at home. I understand if you’re busy… or even shorthanded. I manage a restaurant. But if you make us wait really long can you make sure there’s quality control?!?! The food used to be good at this location. Been there a few times since they reopened and they always get something wrong with my order and the food is subpar. The management needs to also figure out a better system handling the phone/uber orders. It seemed like they were taking care of “ALL” phone orders before starting any in person orders. I wasn’t alone either. Almost everyone there was complaining on waiting very long. Order time on receipt was 9:08pm. Received my food 10:05pm. I really hope this location figures things out… This location is so convenient for me.
