We live in Eagleville and saw a post about La Esquina on Facebook and thought we would give it a try. The restaurant was absolutely delicious!!! The ingredients were fresh and the serving sizes were out of this world and not to mention the staff were super friendly and welcoming! To top it all off the house margarita pitcher was very well made. Right off of highway 99 you have to give this place a try you will not be disappointed. We can’t wait to come back!

I’m going to give an honest review just to help them improve where it’s needed because I would love to continue going here as it is so close to home and convenient. I was very excited to try this place out after someone posted them reopening after the snow storm damage. Upon entering the restaurant I loved the atmosphere. Me and my family were able to pick out our own seats which was nice. They were noticeably understaffed and it took awhile for our chips, drinks order, drinks, and food order to be taken. There was only one server. He was so nice but he was all over the place trying to multi task. I give him a lot of credit though for the work he had to do alone. To improve your customer experience I hope there are more servers taking care of guest which will also improve your revenue as customers are likely to return and tell others about their experience. I can totally tolerate the wait time especially if the food is on point. But the best part about our $71 order was the French fries at a Mexican restaurant. They were hot and fresh! The rest of the food was cold. I had fajitas. The rice and beans were not fresh and not hot. The chicken and steak were dry and not hot. My husband ordered a burrito and he was so excited about the size but as soon as he took a bite into it he was disappointed in the temperature. My son ordered 5 wings but he received 4. I definitely want to give them another chance one day and this is the only reason I’m leaving the feedback so there can be improvement in staffing and the quality of food.

Update: I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place! Delicious food, warm atmosphere, and the best margarita I’ve had in over 17 years!!! (I’m a Texan, so I tend to be finicky when it comes to Mex food and drinks.)

This is a great little restaurant with delicious food! In addition to having Mexican food, they also have American fare. Everyone there was so nice and helpful. We went on Halloween night, and the place was decorated. Our server even gave our daughter a bag of treats!
We will definitely be back.

I recently visited La Esquina and was pleasantly surprised by its cozy and clean Mexican atmosphere. The ambiance was inviting, but it was a bit too quiet for my liking; some music would have added to the experience. However, the food more than made up for it. The chicken quesadilla, chicken tacos, queso, and salsa were all delicious and authentic. Our server was incredibly sweet and attentive, which enhanced our dining experience. My only qualm is that the restaurant is located in the middle of nowhere, making it a bit of a trek to get to. Overall, though, it’s definitely worth a visit for some tasty Mexican cuisine. Overall I’d give it a 4.5/5!

We love this family friendly restaurant! Everything is so great it’s hard to choose a favorite app or dish. I have my go-tos and they can name them to me and I just say yes, please!

The salsa tastes like ketchup. The cheese dip is yellow, and we all know Mexican cheese dip is white. And the veggies in the fajitas were undercooked. The meat didn’t taste Hispanic at all, more like Italian-ish. The beans were dried up and tasted wierd and bland at the same time. The rice was just eh. On top of all that we ordered two orders of fajitas and two cheese dips and got one bag of chips and one pack of 3 tortillas. Overall terrible experience. Will not be returning.

Since my family visited this restaurant a few months ago, it became our favorite Mexican restaurant. They take the extra steps to make each item really great, from the extra sear on the chimichanga to keep it crispy under the homemade cheese sauce to the fresh made hot sauce, the ingredients in the big beef burrito are all fresh, and the fried ice cream is actually deep fried – other Mexican restaurants just don’t take these extra steps. Locally owned with a full bar and daily food and drink specials, you can’t beat this!

Found this nice, quaint and super friendly Mexican food spot while in the Rock Vale area (between Spring Hill and Chapel Hill, TN).
The owner is super Nice, the food was delicious, super clean (I ain’t playing about that), spacious seating, easy parking and my waiter showed exactly what customer service was about
I got the grilled chicken quesadillas, and it’s so big, I could hardly eat the other two pieces (✓).
The food was hot, fresh, the drinks were in large cups and that kept me from asking for refills after a few gulps.
They are new and want more customers and I can’t wait to see how this place gets more popular because I love the hospitality and quality of the food. I hope they bring some karaoke bc that spot is a good space for it
The prices match the size portions!!! Two people can eat the quesadilla
