Worst of all … Customer service it’s awful.. they didn’t even took my order.. I waited there for 12 min waiting for someone to take my order but instead they asked me to use an ordening self machine.. I ask why? If they didn’t look busy or there wasn’t any line to order but they just said.. sorry you have to use the machine .Taco Bell at downtown plaza in Santa Ana you’re the worst in service. If your employees don’t want to have contact or don’t want to be nice to customers get robots instead .

Today it was my first time coming here and this person that supposedly is a manager and doesn’t treat right there customer I was first to come inside to they could take my order and she skip me and was helping another customer and I told her I was First on line and she gave me a attitude and backing back her eyes i don’t if you guys have favorite peoples and then she was laughing at me and I’m still going to call cooperatives what kind of manager you guys certified you really need to training her she have a horrible customer service….

They take for ever and they almost forgot my crunch wrap and when I got home this is what it looked like … I’m guessing they almost forgot to give it to me because they forgot all about about it in the cooker and now it’s all burn . How dare they even try to pass that as food all burned . Went in to Taco Bell today to get my free taco. No problem everyone was very nice and they gave me my choice of which kind of taco I wanted. I got a soft taco that was hot and fresh. I would highly recommend this Taco Bell.

Manager was completely unprofessional and rude. They talk bad about customers in front of them assuming they don’t speak Spanish. Dirty store. Horrible attitudes. Refused to provide me with my correct meal after telling them it was incorrect. She refused service after already receiving my payment. Should be shut down! Already called corporate and reported.

We go to this Taco Bell all the time my mom gets there in the morning wants coffee with the order of course cuz it’s breakfast time and then they tell her the machine’s broken you know that’s not too unusual but when my mom asked for them to substitute it with something else they wanted to charge your extra it’s your business it’s your machine if it’s broken then you should provide a substitute free of charge

Even when I worked at one a million years ago, service was fast , employees super friendly. I’m just passing thru so I may never be here again. But for once in my life, I’m glad I stopped at taco bell.

If I could, i would rate a 0. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful to their customers. All I did was ask for the restroom. The worker was Hispanic, about 5’3 with black glasses and kind of thick in her early twenties. She responded with “can you wait a second” with a bad attitude but I just brushed it off. Maybe I was reading too much into it. And it’s understandable because she was with a customer so that was my bad. So I went to my car to get a charger then stepped back in and waited but even when she saw me she kept snickering and whispering with her coworker in Spanish and mind you, it was pretty empty so she had enough time to just open the door. To give someone a bad attitude just because they ask for the restroom then brush past them without any acknowledgement or concern for the customer is completely unprofessional. And this is a nice area. It was my first time but that experience makes me not want to go back. It’s amazing she still has a job.

The Taco Bell on 1st Street never has the new item at Taco Bell is advertising they always say they’re sold out but they never actually carry the item what’s up with that also in California there is a state law requiring any company that sells a gift card to cash out the remaining balance when the balance is $10 or less Taco Bell refused and my time was wasted dealing with these people are there gift card hotline and they had no idea what I’m talking about and then they transferred me to the customer service and the customer service didn’t even pick up the phone they just disconnected I am utterly offended by these pieces of s*** I doubt I’ll be eating at this talk about anytime soon however this isn’t the first time or the only Taco Bell this has ever happened at screw you guys del tacos my new home
