Love coming to this location! Customer service is great and food is fresh. Unfortunately there is no drive thru, perhaps in the future?
I got the #15 club tuna with additional toppings it was delicious! My personal opinion if you want a kick to it definitely recommend trying out with the jimmy peppers! The Coca Cola was crisp and jalapeño jimmy chips paired so well with my sandwich.
I recommend downloading the app to get rewards and occasionally get coupons!

Not a great experience at this store. Ordered my sandwich online, went inside to pick it up, no real issues there. However, I get home, sandwich is nowhere near how it should be. One thing that was correct, was the sandwich was the one I ordered but thats where it ends, sandwich was supposed to be a toasted tuna with may added, extra onions and then of course it usually hands tomatoes, lettuce, etc. sandwich was not toasted, no tomato, no lettuce, a few onions, no mayo, and even tuna there wasn’t a whole lot of. I ate it because I was already home and wasn’t going to drive all the way back. Definitely gonna try another store next time.

They deliver sandwiches roast beef, turkey , salami, ham! Service is fast but not during lunch time. It is worth the wait though! They now offer warm toasted subs!!

I usually tip by how many minutes away a driver is from the restaurant to my address. In this case the store is only 3 minutes away. I tipped 8.50 cause i deliver also for a different restaurant. I put on my order im in a white Volkswagen in the parking lot. The driver calls me and says can you meet me outside im like no i put on the order im in my car and im right behind you. She said oh we have a policy for minors. She said they dont do door deliveries and they dont deliver to cars. So i told her just hand it out the window of your car to my car. Then i thought that was a bunch of bs cause i called her manager and he said she was 18 and in like yeah thats not a minor. The whole situation is just stupid i dont know why the manger would try to take her side. Im sorry assistant manager..

Such a bad experience. I went in and no one greeted me, after I stood there for maybe 10 min asking for someone and calling. I went to my car that was around back, and saw a “delivery driver” pull in going maybe 40 MPH. I called to let him know when he got back in the store that everything was unlocked, there was no sign of employees, and I didn’t have enough time to get my food. He responded with “ok?” so I hung up. Later I went in, hoping to speak with someone else and get my late lunch. A lady working just gave me a lot of excuses, didn’t listen to me, and really did not offer any solutions to that problem. I was trying to help because their business was open with no one to run it.

Employees had restrooms blocked and o asked if I could use it and Jeremiah said no. I told him that’s not legal to operate a restaurant with the responsibility not open. He then proceeded to threaten me after I asked for a refund to leave. I like to wash my hands before eating.

Got the turkey tom and only had 3 slices of turkey on it and hardly any lettuce. For an 8 dollar sandwich i expect more. Probably the thinnest sammy I’ve ever had and will be choosing subway or firehouse going forward.

Not only were they extremely friendly, they didn’t act like I was an idiot for asking for a different cheese or adding onions, and as I was the only one there, the fact there was a bonus sandwich in my bag was entirely on purpose! They also gave me a free beverage! 10/10 will recommend to a friend!

I’ve never had so much trouble with jimmy johns. I ordered wrong the app my fault but by the time I got my food there was no point I could have gone gotten food from another restaurant or fast food place and been back. The lady I talked to on the phone today was so rude. So so rude. The delivery guy was nice though. Wrong drink. By the time I got me original drink it was watered down. No ice. Worst service.
