I remember when the taco’s where 1/3 the price and the service was 3x faster. Ever since those “order for yourself” machines went in, the service is non existent. 20 minutes is too long to wait when 5 people are smoking out the side door, and after 15 minutes someone yells “have you started that order yet?’…. No they had not.

This is the worst taco bell I’ve ever been to . Kinda sad it used to be my favorite . I went with someone who parked inside the painted lines and went inside to get our food . Your aggressive employee that drives a black Volvo . I’ve got his plate number . He screamed and cussed at me for almost 15 minutes. screaming at me about the way I parked and he clearly seen I was in the passenger seat . There was absolutely no reason for him to come at me like that . You really should have kinder employees ! ! !

What in the actual F is this? Quesadilla burnt to a crisp with nothing inside it. Tastes like pure char. Mexican pizza has a dark red sauce on it that I’ve never seen before and taste like chemicals. Neither of these items were edible whatsoever. Do you guys love spending money on stuff you can’t even use? I don’t.

I’m usually not one to leave reviews but I have had continued negative service here. I live right down the road and we enjoy Taco Bell so it’s always an easy dinner! Last week I wait 10 minutes to order – once I order I pull into the mobile area to wait for them to bring out my order. They brought it out and it took 40 minutes to bring it out and 4 items are missing so I pull to the window (dog in the car) and let them know and they said their fryers were down and that’s why, but 2 tacos are also missing. They then ask me to go park again and I wait another 10 minutes. Got home and 2 of the items have beans in them when asked for no beans. Tonight I went to get dinner for my family and I and ordered a few items via the app. I got there and went to pick it up, was given both of my soda filled 3/4 of the way (I am always asked to park in the mobile order area so I park). They bring me my food so I check the items because the past 3 visits there has been food missing and then I realize I’m missing 2 items. I got 7 and there’s only 5 items. I go through and realize 2 of my burritos look off so I let the lady know. She goes in and tells someone and then 3 people come out and are shouting by the door. 2 members come up to my car and first ask me why I’m opening items as if they aren’t mine and then say they just rolled the burritos and that I’m wrong with a massive attitude. After an already long day I just leave and tell them not to worry about it but get home and 2 items are wrong and I’m missing a taco and burrito again. Really frustrating that the service is always passive and negative. I have worked fast food before and understand the frustrations but this service is not okay.

So after repeatedly being asked to pull around, and having fast food experience myself, I finally realized what was going on, they’re rigging they’re times! So while from what I count, at least five people at a time waiting for they’re food, and based on reviews, for quite awhile. my wait has already surpassed 10 minutes. There getting great ratings for ungodly times. P.s. always missing items, so be sure to check… your most likely already parked anyway

THE WORST TACO BELL IN TOWN. nasty old lady doesn’t do mobile orders unless you CHECK IN at the counter. NEVER WASHES HER HANDS. Burritos are completely COVERED in beef. Food was a disgusting mess. The store was a disgusting mess!

BEWARE; DO NOT WORK OR EAT AT THIS STORE: It’s beyond slow the food is cold and not fully cooked. My son got food poisoning eating at this store not only that my wife use to work there 3 weeks ago and the moment she got a new job THE MANAGERS there were blasting her all over Facebook. Now that’s highly unprofessional because someone quit. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST TACO BELL EVER IN COLORADO SPRINGS. They are so unprofessional, rude; and they do not know how to treat customers or their employees. They will literally harass you if You even quit that Store. The general manager Cassandra Drummond, and Tricia Peepers will have their employees post about you and harass you all because You quit, and moved on from this job I hope this post finds somebody and prevents this from happening ever again or to anyone else in the future.

I felt that the manager was not managing their team members well. It was super busy and they had everyone order/pay in the drive through and then park. They didn’t write what order went to what car and orders got lost and skipped over. The food when I got it was high Taco Bell quality just missing the sauces I ordered
