Tried to come here multiple times and have had bad experiences every time, just want to get food and go, not deal with someones attitude and be talked down on. The people there are always rude, almost always have a problem with the order, like missing items or even the wrong order. It’s my personal thoughts that they are high most of the time and can barely keep their eyes open to get me through in a fast and easy way.

Ordered a drink and some food.. nothing was correct… idk how they even thought this was okay but this drink was supposed to be a Baja blast and obviously the syrup was out but they pretty much didn’t care. On top of the drink they didn’t even bother heating up the quesadilla as shredded cheese was just falling out of it.. was not melted at all… look at the rest of the reviews for this place and it’s pretty accurate!

8:05 pm and after 10 minutes at the drive-thru to hear they can’t take orders now, closed. At the window they say *only taking door dash orders now.” This location had a history of being slow, closed at odd times, and here again, unavailable onsite.

I’d I could give no stars I would Literal worst place to eat ever. All the employees have their air pods in and can’t even listen to what you are talking to them about. And then watched 8 cars go through the drive through while I waited 26 mins for my food. This place has the rudest employees and I’ll never go back.

Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru with 3 cars in front of me. One reversed and left when I pulled up. Once they decided to start taking orders they say it’s just two employees working. While two other employees were outside working on their cars. The two cars in front of me left without ordering anything. I left and am going to a different location. Every single time I have been to this location it’s been a negative experience. This location needs to get shut down or someone needs to get hired there that cares. What is Taco Bell paying their employees for? To work on their cars and hide in the back of the store while they have a lobby full of customers waiting to order and a drive thru full. There is a reason this location has 2.7 stars and dropping

The women behind the counter was extremely disrespectful and ignored me as I asked for a cup. She had her child running around and the rest of the customers who came in after us seemed agitated as well. In simple words, the service absolutely sucked.

My wife had placed an online order. and when i arrived to pick it up the lobby doors were locked at noon. i went through the drive thru and was told that they didn’t have any food and to leave. when i told them i had an online order they had me pull to the window. i went to pick up my food and girls at the window had their airpods in and were very rude. handed me my food and a flat warm soda. and they didn’t give me my baja freeze either saying that they didn’t have any and that they wouldn’t substitute it either. they then told me that “I should be lucky to have gotten any food. and that if i don’t like the serve i can go somewhere else.”

Went inside to order, no one was at the counter so I had to order at a kiosk instead. Waited over 20 minutes, Had to go up to the counter and show the order for them to start making the food. When I finally got my food the Twists were missing. It took me several minutes to get the worker’s attention. I asked for the manager and she told me they were out. I asked for a refund for the missing items and the manager refused to refund the money. The employees called the manager Maria.

The quality is always good, but due to lack of workers. The time it takes is always long if you have time to wait go for it. If you’re in a rush this place probably isn’t your best option. The employees here are kind and courteous people. That are always pretty chill.

First I went through the drive through and nobody answered me. So I sat there for a short bit which seemed like a lot a bit. So I backed out and went inside. I asked the young man behind the counter if the drive through worked and he stated yes but I had to change the battery in his headset. I think it’s time to up grade equipment. I was just frustrated with the whole experience .
