The first time I went there and I was met with a friendly and helpful young lady who took my order and was kind enough to bring my meal to my table. I live in NYC and was impressed that the burger looked exactly like the picture. A lot of onions and the meat were not dry, just the way I love my burgers. The restaurant and bathroom was clean and food was delicious, if I am in the area I would definitely return.

This is the best McDonald’s in the Los Angeles area, if you ask me! They never disappoint. The food is always fresh and hot and drinks always refreshing. If you request any specialties there are never any mistakes. The drive thru is quick and the staff is super friendly!

Ok 2 star on atmosphere because waaaaaaaaay too many homeless around that are aggressive. Food was bomb fresh and they actually gave you a large, not a large container with a small amount . Will be back for the food quality

I use the app all the time. You earn points as you purchase and receive free items very discounted purchases. Restaurants are the best place to go as a chauffeur for a limousine company. The one in tustin on first street is great but I use them all over southern california.

Got a HAIR IN MY FOOD at this location. The manager “Maria” tried to blame it on me since I folded it in the wrapper so it could be easier to show them since it was a short thin hair (unlike mine). And she didn’t even apologize. Plus earlier when I had asked for extra ketchup another worker lady said “just for one chicken sandwich?” ….I replied “AND fries.” Geez worst customer service. I insisted on a full refund because I refuse to eat here again.
