Absolutely unacceptable. I will never return to this Taco Bell again. I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme tonight and bit into a plastic container lid that was actually inside the food. Yes—a full piece of plastic, wrapped up and served to me like it was nothing.
This is beyond disgusting. It’s dangerous, it’s careless, and it shows a complete lack of respect for customers’ safety. I’m honestly shocked this location is allowed to serve food if something like this can happen.
I expect better than this from any restaurant, let alone a major chain. If I hadn’t noticed it when I did, this could have caused serious harm. This kind of negligence is unforgivable, and I will not be giving this location another chance.
Do better. This is a major health and safety failure.

Young woman said drive thru was to busy please use the machines to order, ok no problem. Few minutes later she’s on her phone texting, hard to get her attention. Drinks were all out except the sweet and unsweetened tea, which taste like lemon cleaner.
The drink and sauce station haven’t been cleaned correctly in… I’m guessing a couple of weeks with the level of build up.

Take the extra 2-3 minutes and go the Lincoln/Jordan location!! Got a large nacho fry, gave us just about no nacho sauce. Got a 5 layer beefy burrito, and there was plastic inside of it. There’s definitely a reason this place is rated so low.

Bought a bean burrito added beef today 1/6/2026 closer to 3pm.. This has happened 4 out of the last 5 visits. The burrito measured 1 inch wide and 3 and1/4 th inches long hardly any stuff inside… REALLY???? The price has not GONE DOWN, but the size is like a 2 bite
hors-durve. What’s going on????? The one time I got the size that used to be normal, the gentleman at the widow mentioned to the back, to not make it so skimpy. This last time today I tried again!!! Got the Skimpy one AGAIN!!!! that measured the 3 1/4 L X 1 inch wide!!!! I was on the road, before it was noticed. COME ON WHAT THE HECK!!! I go often because of my odd timing. Today 1/6/2026 I also got 2 soft Taco supreme, they were also VERY SKIMPY, with less than 1/2 a teaspoon of meat!! I STOPPED GOUNG to the one by CVS because if this, but this one just started this SKIMPNESS the last few months. Can ANYONE do anything about this????? I hate to stop going to Taco Bell completely, but wasting my money is not an option!!!

Absolutely the worst service, not hi, or thank you . The drive through gentleman just said ” go a head and order” when we pulled up. And just continued with “next” After each item. Item were wrong and I was told to pull back through if I wanted to reorder. Manager didn’t care, just was in a hurry to give employees there break, even while in the middle of a order.

Ordered the #9: 3 dorito Loco tacos Supreme and a spicy bean burrito with extra onion. When I got the food home, which is maybe 2 minutes away, 3 tacos were soggy and not the dorito Loco shells. The spicy bean burrito was a regular red sauce burrito, and there was a mystery burrito in there as well.
This Parker road location has really went downhill since the pandemic. Will most likely be taking my Taco Bell cravings to the Jordan and Lincoln location from now on.

Got here at 9am waited till about 9:18 and went through the drive through thinking they were open and ready for me to order and they told me to they have a delay of atleast 40 minutes.
Now I’m headed to a different restaurant since this one isn’t up to date.

Dropped by the drive thru at 11pm. 2 cars ahead of me in the line. It took them 30 minutes to even get to me. I had only 3 items on my order and they still managed to forget one. I’m not going back here again.

One of the worst Taco Bell’s you can go to. The inside smells musty and wet and edges and corners around the dinning room are visibly dirty. Not to mention their drink tray was filled to the brim with drink off. I get that’s it’s a Taco Bell but this place is rough.
