I usually don’t have poor experiences with Mr.Hero but this visit deserves a review. $5 for all of maybe 9 loaded tots and almost $8 for this small sandwich. I’m highly disappointed in the quality and portion size. Not to mention, the cashier made my tots once I arrived with no gloves on.

This is a good location. I haven’t had Mr Hero in a couple years because a lot of locations I went to were just garbage, but I gave this one a try and the food was good, fresh, and the guy behind the counter was nice. I will be back

This Mr. Hero’s on Broadway and Lee in Maple Hts., has the friendliest staff and quality food. I’ll call in for a sandwich pick up, and within minutes I can stroll right in, get and go. Great for my slim 1/2 hr lunch break.

This is the worst place, I ordered Steak and cheese no mushrooms with double meat medium waffle fry. When I got my order the steak was overcooked and tasted like freezer burn nor did I have double meat, the sandwich had no mayo and when I asked why had she charged me fo a large when I asked for a medium she said they only have 2 sizes I paid over 20.00 for a mess, when I asked about the mayo she said it was extra what! So people I will not return to this place on Lee rd. And Broadway

Terribly disappointed in my delivery. I ordered the bacon Craver sandwich and basically all I got was a cheeseburger with lettuce. I also ordered the funnel cake dessert. Paid extra money to get a large portion. If what I got was the large portion Then shame on you. Not sure I’ll ever order from here again

I’ll go to a different location from now on. Food quality is not the best, I order at this location trying to stay in the community and they either dont have what you want and cant substitute or cant process orders properly. Waste of time.

They keep the dining area clean & need to pay more attention to their bathroom. The service is okay… but they hate to have specials, for the most part they are expensive…that’s why their parking space looks like a ghost town.
