Went through drive thru tonight to get a simple wrap and Large soda but instead had the manager either mocking my tone of voice or making fun of me when I simply asked if they have Pepsi. (I eat here every so often. I’m not familiar with their menu) Super unprofessional and not a way to lead your employees. I know not expect much from THIS restaurant but I was polite and didn’t expect or anything in the slightest. Made me uncomfortable and upset. Do better.

Everyone I have come in contact there has been great. I did have an experience that made me laugh with absurdity. The manager or possibly general manager asked me to back up a second beyond a certain spot and then pull forward again. Immediately I knew what she was doing as I was a GM and I recognized the old drive thru timer reset trick. I complied. After doing so she then waved a metal sheet out the window. Then after about 45 seconds or so beckoned me to pull forward. When I pulled forward I waited at the window for another 5 minutes for my order. Grant it everything was hot. But the measures someone has to go through just to appease these fast food guideline is ridiculous.

Dude gave me the triple melt nachos with my triple melt burrito box instead of the burrito. The hell am I supposed to do with a triple melt burrito box with no burrito? Update: Went there again a couple months later, still trash, they ran out of big cups so I had to get a med instead of a large, the baja blast just tasted like soda water, and they randomly decided to replace the meat in one of my tacos with potatoes, so maybe they also ran out of… meat? As well? Or maybe they’re just retarded, I don’t know. The only two good taco bells on the south side are the ones on marbach and 2006 sw military, the rest are all garbage

Alright already had a problem at the one on valley hi manager wouldn’t remake my sons tacos that were simply just meat and cheese so went to the one on old Pearsall for the same tacos “JUST MEAT AND CHEESE” came home with just meat tacos ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ this is insane guys come on get it together
