Food was cold! Parking lot was black and it was nighttime!! Very unsafe! When I talked to the 13year old manager about it she did nothing about it! I was forced to use the kiosk. They refused to take my order at the counter! The entire staff needs to be retrained and a proper GM put in place!

The food was good. It’s hard to find a decent Taco Bell these days. They forgot a few items on our order but were quick to fix it. They even added a little toppings extra on my chalupa to make up for it. Those little things make a difference. We will go back next time we’re in Galveston. Hats off to the team!

The food is okay, but the service is HORRIBLE! I came in and tried to order from the counter, but the employee in front told me I had to order from the kiosk, not her. There were about 10 people sitting around waiting for their food and major chaos! I was sitting there eating my food and the same employee, a middle aged black lady, named Ashley was cleaning up the condiments/sauce stand. I adked her if she could get me some napkins and she told me “No, but I could get it myself!’ Wow, such customer service! There were several very irate customers who had been waiting a long time for their orders. A lady was complaining she had ordered Mexican Pizza, but then was later told they were out! I asked Ashley of they were short staffed and she said the manager was out and there was no assistant manager today and they were ‘trying out a new girl’ who apparently has no idea what she is doing! Total chaos here! My boyfriend said this Taco Bell has the worst service of any Taco Bell he has ever been too and he was right!

The worst Customer service experience I’ve ever had. The lady that worked the lobby told me that it was closed and the. Let someone else order. What is the difference between the drive thru and letting me order my single order of Cinnabon delights. So now I have to get in my car and go to the drive-through if I want to order my dessert. Which would’ve taken them three minutes to make in total. With there being people still in the inside, it’s not like we’re the only ones in here. Do not come here. Horrible customer service.she also forgot our drinks. They also forgot to put one of the tacos in her bag. So overall, this might be the best Taco Bell in Galveston. It’s still horrible when it comes to fast food

This was the worst taco bell I have ever eaten at. The lady wouldn’t take multiple orders and she was being rude, then the food came out ok but not made right. And we had 7 drinks and told them we had only gotten 5 so they go back and bring us 1 more and I told him I said I was missing 2 then he acted like I was trying to steal a drink so asked for my receipt and saw there was 7 drinks and had to go back in for the other one

I wish I could give less than 1 star. Ordered a chalupa meal, was charged for a chalupa meal, got 2 soft tacos and a crunchy taco instead. Every single time I’ve tried to eat here, the food is wrong. You literally have to sit in the drive through window and check every single item to make sure it’s what you ordered
