This was the best fast food experience I have had in years! I’m in pleasant shock after leaving just now. The employees were polite and efficient. The place was clean and well-maintained. And the food was far better quality than one would expect for the cost. Being from Oregon, it was my first time at Chick-fil-A, so I don’t know if all of them are this good, but they certainly raise the bar at this location.

Very pleasant experience ✨ I am vegetarian so I had mac and cheese as opposed to chicken. It was splendid. I feel that I should mention though, as my bestie and I made our way to our table after ordering, this random guy approaches him and says, “did you know your back pocket is the best place for a pickpocket to take whatever he wants. ” This interaction was, dare I say, out of pocket (pin intended) This was not Chick-fil-A’s fault whatsoever, but definitely the most memorable ☝️ part of the trip. Also, I remember this Chick-fil-A having a playground and for some reason it was nowhere to be seen. ♀️ I’m sure there is a reason for that but I don’t know what it is. The playground evaporated ig idk. ALSO I HAD A MILKSHAKE IT WAS SO YUMMY AND SCRUMPTIOUS MMM!!!! Anyway, very enjoyable time at Hilliard Rome Chick-fil-A. Would recommend. I gave only four stars BC CHICK-FIL-A IS HOMOPHOBIC ️ but don’t worry besties we had a gift card ✨

Great customer service as always. I usually go through the drive-thru, and love their setup. It’s arranged to keep cars moving and an outdoor CSR to help expedite the process. Coupling this with the quality of the food and I’m a happy camper!

I love chick fill a, but I’ve also noticed a decline in food quality when it comes to their sandwiches over the last couple years. Today was the worst. Ordered without tomato and on my 3rd bite I bit into a nice juicy tomato . Secondly the chicken was almost non existent. I took 2 huge bites of my sandwich before even getting to the chicken. After opening the bun to remove the tomato I didn’t want, I saw that the piece of chicken was so small and thin, it was in all honesty thinner than a chicken nugget from McDonald’s. It was pathetic. I almost went up to buy another because it wasn’t filling at all since the sandwich was 90% bun and tomato. Decided not to waste my money, went home and heated up some pizza rolls instead.

Stopped to get 3 orders mac and cheese after working a 10 hour shift .everyone nice EXCEPT they forgot to tell anyone it would be 30 min wait didn’t know it until I went to cash out !!! I ordered delivery… they gave me a small milkshake instead of the large that I ordered, so it came with no cherry. 🙁 Also came with no straw and no utensils for the Mac & cheese. But still yummy ♀️

I only came to get the new pimento chicken sandwich. I waited in line for 10 mins at 9pn at night to be told they don’t have the pimento cheese. What a waste of a trip. I wouldn’t have come if I knew they didn’t have the sandwich.
