The food was great, the place was packed after softball games. But the service was fast & the taste was good! The music is a nice vibe! We each got a crispy deluxe cravings box it did not disappoint. It was $25 & change, I didn’t get a receipt for some reason.

Good food and a clean location. However, the service was very bad; my wife waited several minutes to order, even making eye contact with the workers, but no one would come take her order. Eventually she used the automatic kiosk to order. We never had any human contact. This took place at lunchtime, but we were some of the only people in the restaurant, with a medium drive thru load. We were very disappointed in the level of service.

Ordered $50 worth the food for my family. The taco party pack was the ONLY decent thing besides none of them or any of the extra tacos we had came with any cheese at all, my bean & cheese burrito add extra cheese was OLD DRY beans not even edible with NO cheese at all. I asked for a beefy 5 layer extra sour cream extra nacho cheese as thats how i always get it… There was barely any meat it was literally like a sour cream burrito. FULL of sour cream & nothing else but a few meat pieces.

I don’t live in Bridgeport, but I have family in Runaway Bay. I’ve been there twice in six months, the first time I went through the drive through and there was a gentleman in front of me ordering, when I went to place my order (4:30)they told me they were going through a shift change and to come back in 30 minutes? Last night I decided to go back (7:30) and go inside to eat, the door was locked and two employees looked out, one of them open the door and said they were closed due to being short handed and a employee had walked out on them, but the drive through was open? I simply wanted to sit down and enjoy a meal with my wife. That’s twice I’ve been there and had issues, and I live a 100 miles away. Coincidence? I think not ! Poor management and terrible customer service. Very disappointing

Came through a few days ago, Jessica I believe her name was working the drive through, I usually avoid taco bell due to people simply not caring. However she was sweet, and took time to make sure we were happy. We had an issue with our order, and she sorted it out for us. She was patient and kind. We appreciated it. Will return.

We went through the drive through an ordered a pretty decent sized order. The young man was very polite an patient with us as we dicided what we wanted to order. Even though we asked him several questions an to repeat him self bucause it’s hard to hear in the drive through he was very helpful. The food was made in a timely manner the order was correct an actually was going I’ve a reasonable amount of napkins an sauce. Thank you for being so great.

Drive thru menu pricing is not what they charge. When I pointed this out, that the menu says one price and they are charging around $1 more per item they said menu board is wrong. Well the menu pricing is important and HOW LONG have you been overcharging? Says steak is $7.49. I was charged $8.39 plus tax. See menu pricing pic.
