Well, if you asked me a year ago about Taco Bell, I’d say this location was fast and always correct. However, for the past year they’ve been worse then McDonalds about getting the food correct. SIMPLE orders. Today’s order=Steak burrito supreme and reg crunchy taco. Received-Beef burrito supreme, only. Tired of having my time wasted by this place. Get home, incorrect and missing food every time.

My Disabled Son and I stopped at the Taco Bell in Mineral wells Texas and placed our order. It was hot in there. No air conditioning. We placed our order and went and filled out drinks. We received our order. I had requested no beans on my nachos and sadly, there was beans. We are quickly and got out of there. Will we go back? No way!

Had the absolute worst service yesterday afternoon 6/24/23. I ordered on the app it said it would be ready in 5-8 minutes I pulled through the drive thru at 10mins and then was parked because they hadn’t started the order, after waiting in my car for another 15mins I got out and went inside… Still not done. 10mins later I was handed 2 bags and the box I ordered so I started checking my order of course it was wrong because it took so long to make I assume. A lady working asked if everything was ok I told her No it wasn’t I’ve waited my order is wrong and I’d like the GMs name and a number to contact she stated she was the assistant and didn’t proceed to help just complained they were short staffed and couldn’t help me, so then I repeated myself and asked for the GMs name and a number to call she said “I’m not giving you his number” I said ok what’s your name for when I put a review in? She walked off and stood by the drive thru on her phone ignoring the customer in the line. She was very rude and speaking I’ll of me Infront of customers and employees which is uncalled for all I wanted was a name and who to contact. Still know one fixed my order. At this point I was mad and a gentleman came inside ready to clock in and asked what happened I explained everything to him he sincerely apologized which was grateful then fixes my order. His name was Justice and was an exceptional employee that handled the situation he let me know the very disrespectful girl working name was Destiny. I let him know I’d be putting a review in because someone from HQ or a district manager needs to come watch camera footage,check on these employees and train them that even if you weren’t working on the order you handle it and take care of the paying customer! I have been in management a long time from an assistant to GM to now an area manager and I could not believe how chaotic and disrespectful this Taco bell was! I tip my hat to Justice and hope he is recognized for his outstanding behavior and I sure hope someone talks to Destiny about how unprofessional she was, because in all honesty she wouldn’t have a job where I work if she talked to customers that way. This Taco bell has lost my business which probably doesn’t mean anything to corporate or this individual store but as for me a customer I will not spend the money I work hard for to be treated like that.

I was extremely disappointed with the food and service. The restaurant was dirty and poorly maintained, with trash and debris on the floors and tables. When I placed my order, Kris who I believe was the employee who took my order (it’s what I heard an employee call her) was sooo rude and unhelpful. The food itself was cold, stale, and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The toppings on my taco were sparse, and the meat was dry and flavorless. Overall, my experience at this Taco Bell was terrible, and I would not recommend it to anyone. NEVER GOING BACK BECAUSE OF THE SERVICE SHE GAVE ME! Manager needs to deal with it before we get corporate involved honestly.

Twice we have been here we were told to order from the kiosk. I don’t understand why the person standing at the counter can’t just take my order, I came in with a migraine and the last thing I wanted to do was stare into a bright computer screen. I was paying with cash so when the person “working” the counter had to take my money they seemed super annoyed with me. We were the only people in the store and the drive thru was empty. Then when we were leaving we needed a bag but nobody was anywhere to be found, so we opened and closed the door a few times so someone would come help us only to shout from the back to order at the kiosk. Very disappointing customer service.
