Went in to pick up 3 personal pizzas. It said 5:25PM. It was not ready. Then he complained about the personal pizzas promotion. Turned away customers. Cancelled orders. Lol what? He finally gave our order at 5:48PM. Order from a different location.

First of all the service was horrible as the employee seen and heard me when i said hi, then he looked away and didn’t come to help me. When another customer walked in then he came to the front and gave me my order, when i got home i noticed the pizzas had no sauce which i had ordered the sweet marinara so because they didn’t put any sauce it was super dry and all i tasted was the pepperoni’s. Also the chicken fettuccine Alfredo had light sauce which usually at other locations they put way more sauce. I’m not coming to this location anymore as i’m worried they may mess up again and I don’t want to be disappointed. If you want good pizza go to another location, stay away from this one.

The manager there is great with customers but when he’s away they put the delivery driver behind the register and he’s one of the rudest persons I’ve met. He will intentionally ignore you even after he turns to see you.

Cold pizza and cheese was still grated underneath pepperoni’s. The Cinna-stix had a mountain of cinnamon only in the center of the whole thing so it was over seasoned in some areas and under seasoned in other areas. Thought it could have been a lot more pineapple when I paid for 2x pineapple and some of the pieces had not.one slice of pineapple. I called and the manager was some young know it all and was rude to me when I asked.to talk. to manager I was hung up on then second time was put on hold 11 minutes. I spent 48.00 on 2 pizzas with each 2 toppings special and one cinnamon sticks and in the end I got an 11 dollar credit for the cold cheese pizza . I think pizza is.good from one closer to my house so could just be that one location that was lousy so let’s hope so when I call back to spend my 11 $ credit bcuz that’s only reason why I’m going back. All in all it was not tasyy , over priced, rude, and a complete waste of money and my time
