Ordered through DoorDash, would have blamed the bad things on DoorDash if they weren’t supposed to be in the sealed bag and had they been made properly. But the doordash driver was a swell dude and this store sucks for not prepping a super simple order properly and forgetting items.

Who doesn’t love taco bell? My typical order consists of 3 chicken chalupa supremes, and a burrito supreme. Each time I order, their service is pretty consistent. Very few times the chalupa’s shell might be undercooked, but that is easily forgivable. For this location in particular, it had some particles of food on the ground, but everything else was very clean, and the staff of course was pretty polite. Definitely worth a try.

Ordered 2 beef taco supremes. Paid over $6 for them. Shells were crunchy around the edges(like someone didn’t wrap them up last night). All that was on them was meat, cheese, and lettuce. Very disappointing

Was at Taco Bell, 1308 N. Arkansas, Russellville,AR 72801 at 7:19 pm today. Ordered take out for my family. Paid for our order,$45.31.When food was presented at drive up window, I noticed bag was sealed with a sticker. I asked the gentleman handing it to me, was there anything else, he assured me it was all in the bag. Arrived home 5 minutes later and unpacked bag. Pictures will describe the state my purchases were in. Tacos were broken in haphazard wrappers, as if a 2 year old had been given the task! I ordered 2 chips and cheese but were not in the bag. My biggest disappointment was arriving home with nothing that my four year old granddaughter had ordered. This has always been my go to Taco Bell because of the quality of food and service, which has always been excellent until this evening. I tried calling the restraunt but only received a busy signal each time in an hour of trying. Please try to see this through my granddaughter’s eyes.

Just moved to town and were used to rude employees and wrong orders where we came from. Didn’t know how to react with this one having pleasant employees who actually put your whole order in the bag and the food not looking like someone sat on it.
