I’m rating the atmosphere a five but let’s be real…the atmosphere?? at a Taco Bell??? It’s Taco Bell, not the Ritz Carlton. Service was great. I rarely order something “as is”. It’s most often, extra this or that, no tomatos, blah blah blah. They rarely if ever get it wrong. If you like Taco Bell, the food is a 5….if you don’t like T.B. it’s less stars. They’re fast, they get the order correct….’nuff said. The one downside, and this could be a deal breaker for some. Taco Bell seems to be way more expensive than any other fast food place. Like, ridiculously expensive. 4 items and 2 drinks were $42 dollars. We don’t eat there often because of the cost but if we have a craving, we splurge.

I had a burnt taco that also had a hair in it. The employee was rude and quick to cutting me off before I could even get my short order out when all I had was one meal And a taco she was obviously not wanting to be there forgot my drink and when I finally got it it had barely any ice. Worst customer experience and food would not recommend. I am sick to my stomach.

Was late so went through drive through. You can BARELY see the words on the menu. I got the seven layer burrito. Said no tomato. Didn’t see ANYTHING about there being gauc that had tomatoes because you can’t see the words on the menu the letters so ant sized! Was like 2 minutes from the restaurant when I saw there was tomato. The manager was so rude! Said I’d need to pay to replace for their mess up! After some back and forth and Informing her that it was an allergy risk and that I was allergic and that someone should’ve informed and made sure it was in fact known about the gauc having tomato, I managed to get my replacement. She was so rude! I hate pulling the Karen moves but I was getting to a point with the argument about how they still should’ve informed about the guac that I was getting ready to yell. That manager needs to be replaced!

Was at Taco Bell, 1308 N. Arkansas, Russellville,AR 72801 at 7:19 pm today. Ordered take out for my family. Paid for our order,$45.31.When food was presented at drive up window, I noticed bag was sealed with a sticker. I asked the gentleman handing it to me, was there anything else, he assured me it was all in the bag. Arrived home 5 minutes later and unpacked bag. Pictures will describe the state my purchases were in. Tacos were broken in haphazard wrappers, as if a 2 year old had been given the task! I ordered 2 chips and cheese but were not in the bag. My biggest disappointment was arriving home with nothing that my four year old granddaughter had ordered. This has always been my go to Taco Bell because of the quality of food and service, which has always been excellent until this evening. I tried calling the restraunt but only received a busy signal each time in an hour of trying. Please try to see this through my granddaughter’s eyes.

We stopped by for a quick lunch on our way through town. My husband and daughter went inside to pick up our to-go order. My daughter said it was the best Taco Bell she’s ever been to! She mentioned how clean it was, how friendly the staff were, and how great the food tasted.
Our family gets Taco Bell about once a week because our kids love it, and this location really stood out. We hope they continue their amazing work—great job to the team!

Normally I don’t leave reviews but I had to speak up about who I believe to be the manager at this location. I order from this location a lot but this makes me not want to go back. I ordered the bean nacho through my app. Which normally comes with red sauce. I am allergic to tomatoes therefore I cannot have the red sauce because it contains tomato paste. So when I ordered I said no red sauce. When I picked up the order it had red sauce all over it. I didn’t want to be trouble but I couldn’t eat it so I took it back. The front desk lady was so nice, but the girl who I believe to be the manager started talking bad about me right in front of me. Saying things like “how can someone be allergic to red sauce” to her other coworker. This just really upset me because it’s not something I can help. I know not everyone will understand my allergy but I also work in customer service and talking about a customer right in front of them is unacceptable.

I always get the same thing, the taco and burrito cravings pack, it use to be $13.00 now it’s $23.00 it’s crazy, I realize that it’s not entirely Taco bells fault but dang.

A fairly standard Taco Bell experience overall. There have been several times when the food doesn’t taste like it was freshly made. It is also not uncommon for them to forget your drink cup if you place a mobile order inside. This location generally stays pretty busy, as it is close to campus.
