I had a great experience at Firehouse Subs, and a big part of that was thanks to Akilah. She was friendly, patient, Polite and very Generous and made sure my order was exactly right. You can tell she really cares about customer service and keeping things moving smoothly, even when it’s busy. The food was fresh and delicious as always, but Akilah’s positive attitude honestly made the visit even better. Firehouse Subs is lucky to have her on their team! I visited Firehouse Subs today and had a disappointing experience. I simply asked for plain garlic bread with some veggies added, and I was even willing to pay extra for it. However, the staff were unwilling to accommodate the request and didn’t take the time to explain why in a polite or helpful way.
What really stood out was the attitude — there was no patience, no friendliness, and not even a simple smile. Customer service plays a big role , and unfortunately, this visit did not feel welcoming at all. I hope the staff can be more understanding and courteous to customers in the future.

Walking into Firehouse Subs, I was greeted by the staff with a warm smile and everyone saying welcome to firehouse. The team tonight was incredibly pleasant and made me feel special like a home away from home. I ordered a Bacon Chicken Ranch sub with their new French fries they recently rolled out, and let me tell you, I was blown away! The fries were fresh, slightly crunchy, and absolutely delicious. I’m usually picky about my fries, but Firehouse… y’all did your big one. Definitely a 10/10 on those fries!

Went in for lunch today and wow firehouse. First off the veggies on the subs were spoiled! Lettuce is brown. Then to top at off apparently your employees like to be rude to customers who can hardly speak English. The lady with the long orange braids is completely rude. I seen this type of service from here more than then I should. I nor anyone I know will be retired to this location. Come on firehouse please do better with who you have representing your company!!:

I came in today with my daughter and was amazed by the grace and awesome customer service from Akilah! Not only did she serve me with kindness and patience but also made sure to show my kiddo attention in the process! Definitely deserves a raise! Our sub was great, will definitely be visiting again soon! 🙂

Horrible! Please check your order before you leave because they won’t believe you that they didn’t make your sub correctly! Leave you on hold for 20 minutes! Had to go back, missed a whole lunch break to take my sandwich back because they they messed up, oh but the Manager knows she made it correctly!!! Manager, never got on the phone!!! Wanted too replace with a smaller sub, really!! However, when I get back the manager wasn’t the one that made it, but I already knew that! No apology just looking silly. Customer service is hard to find! Won’t ever return here. It can’t be that hard to make a sub, correctly! Terrible service, go somewhere else!! Oh and the General Manager was there, what a joke!! I had no reason to lie about what missing

Every time I go to this location, the food is always good but the workers are rude. The most recent time I tried going in, it was 9:30PM and the workers were behind the counter on their phones and had closed the doors early. Very unprofessional, only giving it 2 stars because the food is good.
