We had a fantastic breakfast experience at Cracker Barrel, and it’s all thanks to the amazing team of Sean, the manager, Chenee, our waitress, and Diane, the general manager.
After we were seated, we had an issue that was promptly handled after requesting to speak with a manager. Sean greeted us warmly and made sure everything was set up for a smooth and enjoyable meal.
Chenee was outstanding! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed with a smile. The service was prompt, and the food was delicious.
Diane also stopped by to check on our table, which showed just how much she cares about the customer experience. It’s rare to find a team that works so well together to create such a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. We will definitely be back for more of that amazing hospitality!

I visited Cracker Barrel in Boynton Beach on Thanksgiving afternoon for their traditional turkey meal, and I was truly impressed from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with big smiles from the hosts and hostesses. Even on such a busy holiday, my wait time was short and I was seated right away at a table for four.
My server, Michael, was outstanding. He was friendly, attentive, and had a great sense of humor—he even joked around with my children, which made the experience feel warm and personal. My wife and I really enjoyed ourselves, and our kids were delighted the entire time.
The food was exceptional, the service was exceptional, and the entire team worked together seamlessly. I also want to give a special shout-out to the manager, Hugo, who I saw greeting guests, checking on tables, and making sure everything was running smoothly on such a busy and important American holiday.
I can’t say enough about what an amazing Thanksgiving we had. Michael and the entire team at this Cracker Barrel location deserve major kudos for delivering a memorable and truly special experience. Highly recommended!

Almost all cracker barrels are good, and this one is consistent. Sometimes good carries a bit, and sometimes waitress service is variable. At this one our Waitress was great, but the fried chicken was a bit dry.
As RVers we like cracker barrel, just wish other drivers wouldn’t park in the RV spaces. As usual for a weekend the RV spaces were full of sedans and SUVs, even though the general parking was half empty.

We enjoyed our Cracker Barrel breakfast. We came late morning on a Sunday and service was very fast and the food was good! The stuffed pancakes are almost too much to eat! They came with eggs and sausage. Everything was good. Didn’t get a drink refill, guess they thought I didn’t need it lol overall we are happy with it though. It was a good time. The hash brown casserole was super mushy, the gravy had precisely 0 flavor other than flour, and the bacon I had was overdone/more brittle than crispy. The cheese curds were also very overcooked. The store is nice but the food is very sub par, and it wasn’t cheap.

The server was kind enough to bring more nicely done bacon. They were all very obliging & the place is well kept.
Sadly Mom dropped her credit card in the ladies bathroom. Cracker barrel checked & found the receipts but the card was missing!

Loved my first experience here at this restaurant, the four star out of five was for the reason that they don’t offer poached eggs or olives for some reason. Other than that the shopping experience was very unique I didn’t expect to see that. The server was attentive and quick and so were our plates out quickly. The hash brown casserole is very delicious. Next time I want to try the peach cobbler that was pictured in the menu looks amazing. The restaurant was maintained beautifully and gives a clean fresh environment, so comfortable to sit and enjoy our food. The establishment has an old country style decor with plenty of neat things to look at that reminds me of the TV show American pickers. Thanks for a pleasant experience, I will be back to try the dinner options.

Nice. The service was very good. Our friends food didn’t arrive by the time we were done so they gave him a discount. The prices were reasonable. The wait maybe a little too long but we were a lot. The only issue we had was dividing the check which took forever so one of just should have probably just paid and deal with the bill later . The dumplings were really good and the country fried chicken. No ribs on Sunday which I thought was odd.
