Food was fine, but they definitely don’t like listening to their customers. Ordered from the kiosk and purchased what should have been a Cinnabon coffee. I pick up the food from the counter with no drink and I had politely said I was supposed to have a coffee with this. The lady behind the counter just hands me a cup. Definitely irritated as I needed a caffeine pick me up.

This is the second time this has happened! I basically bought a tortilla with cheese, this is a chicken melt! The first time I just thought everyone has their bad days and there’s no reason to make a big whoop out of it, but when it’s happening constantly, it makes it very unacceptable! This makes me not want to eat here anymore, I rather order hot wings from Raj and deli convenience store than to make another trip and waste my time and money!

Food tasted, okish. Nothing special. The staff, awful, really. Asked for sauce, was handed a bag of approx 20 sauce packets that had been opened, smeared all over, I assume? This bag had been given to someone at some point. They then re-used the packet bag!! Nasty!! HOW IS THAT JUSTIFABLE? who does that? I guess the workers at this location of taco bell!
