This rating is partially our fault.
We went on a Saturday night. When we checked in the wait was to be 20 minutes. After about 25 minutes and seeing other people be sat down we ask again. We are told it would be another 10 min. OK what is another 10 minutes. Now we are still not being called back at this time. We call for a manager and he agreed we should have been seated by now. They had written down the wrong phone number for the pager-no apology and we are a bit pissed. We were sat and then the waitress takes another 10 minutes to take our drinks. She comes back finally another 10 minutes later to take our food orders. The food came out wrong-not sure if it was the kitchens fault or how she wrote it down. As we are eating it was like the waitress disappeared and went on break-we had to flag down a busboy to get refills on our drinks. Then we are finished, even stacked our plates and after a while our checks finally show up. I understand busy nights but it was just error after error.
This was such a drastic contrast to a visit we did to the same chain restaurant on the East side of town. Everything was quick, service was amazing, etc. Very pleasant and satisfying visit. Looking back it would have gone a long way to pacify us if the non-alcoholic drinks would have been comped.

Service is bad, food is fine.
Seating is an issue here. We use the online waitlist every time but always end up waiting much longer than expected. Also. They wont seat you until your entire party is literally there in front of them. We checked in and my husband took our toddlers to the bathroom (staff saw us come in together) but they refused to seat me until they came out of the bathroom. Like, what lol.

A mixed experience at Texas Roadhouse. The server was pleasant and the atmosphere had a lively, albeit loud, vibe. The rolls with cinnamon butter were as delicious as ever, and the complimentary peanuts are a nice touch. Unfortunately, the main course fell short. My steak was under-seasoned and slightly overcooked, not the medium-rare I requested. The sides were also just okay. Given the restaurant’s reputation for steaks, this was disappointing. It’s not a bad place, but for the price, I’d expect better execution on the main dish. I’m torn on whether I’d come back for anything other than the bread.

I went to celebration by Vet- bro in law 70th bday. Wanted a fun happy environment. Although the food and service was nice. No dancing.. what? Having a drink Max on a 70th vet party was funny to me. 2 drink Max with meals and family as well as a dd. Can we all just adult ourselves?

I ordered a full slab of ribs, a house salad, and the famous rolls and butter.
The salad and rolls were excellent.

The ribs were horrific. They were burnt and blackened. They also were impossible to chew so I threw then in the garbage. If I would have asked to see them first, I would have refused them.
Whoever cooked them should be fired.

I usually have a good experience here. Not today. Bar made wrong drink for the wife, argued when we pointed it out. Never got a refill on my coke. Asked twice. Steak came out nearly raw, wife asked for medium well. Restaurant did make it again. Waiter forgot to bring the worchestershire sauce. Taking a break, I hope the management works on these concerns while we are gone.

The side of mashed potatoes was the smallest portion I’ve ever seen, and the waiter’s attitude was utterly disappointing. Only our table had steaks served without any cutlery or plates, while all other customers were provided with them. To make matters worse, the temperature measurement label on the steak was left on, and it wasn’t cooked to the doneness I requested. The ribs in the combo were poorly seasoned and lacked flavor, a complete letdown.

Wow best Texas Roadhouse i have been in. Fried pickles awesome , no grease. Steak great and really couldn’t complain on anything.

Why you should visit: I’ve been going to Texas Roadhouse for 20 plus years, and I’ve never been disappointed! I do miss the peanuts at the bar(didn’t notice any). This location on the P83 area lives up to the expectations I had before entering the Steak house. The aromas of grilled meat, friendly staff greeted me after entering (about 5 employees), welcomed me in. I chose a seat at the bar and was happy I did. Great service from a bartender, and I met a very nice customer of which we engaged in great conversation, which made the experience even more enjoyable! I ordered the 14oz Ribeye med-rare, smothered in shrooms & onions, sweet potato, fresh veggies, and a starter plate of ribs. Of course I have to mention the mouth-watering bread!! The meal was excellent; (took home 2 of the ribs ate next morning with eggs for breakfast!!) My overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this Texas Roadhouse location. I’ll be back!!

Nice place for delicious food. We enjoyed the steak, chicken and shrimp. All cooked perfectly and had good flavor. The appetizers …fried pickles, cheese twists and boneless wings were also great. Good service as well. Can’t wait to go back and take the family, especially our out of town guests. This place was a great time!
