We were excited about the return of the Volcano items and stopped in around noon for lunch. We ordered a Volcano Combo, Volcano burrito EZ meat, and a small drink at a kiosk. The food was ready about 10 minutes after we ordered. The ingredients were fresh, but the burritos were poorly wrapped and they were not labeled so we weren’t able to tell which one was which without opening them. Additionally, the drink station was mislabeled so I ordered a Baja Blast Zero only to find that they did not have this drink. It was also out of ice. Staff were not friendly nor apologetic when I asked them about the Baja Blast. Additionally, both restrooms did not have soap installed for use. The lobby was clean and well-stocked. As a former Taco Bell employee, I was very disappointed with this experience. I hope that this location will strive to improve.

On April 21 approximately 1:10 am I arrived to this Taco Bell on Pine st in Arkadelphia Ar. When I got to the speaker to order, I was cut off with a message from the order taker. She informed me that they was only making Tacos and burritos, no fried nor grilled items. :(. Of course this would be the only place that’s open around this time. So I ordered three soft tacos w/o lettuce the meal. I received my order and pulled to the side. My food was horrible the only thing that was appealing was the Pepsi. Attached is the photos of my order that was not made fresh as you can see, the meat and the cheese as if it was put in the steamer!!! Some of us drive a ways to get to Taco Bell or any place of food. This was so unprofessional!!!

I have been here multiple times between 8 and 9:30. Both times there was a recording telling me they were closed and to come back during regular business hours. I was there during their posted hours. On one occasion the employees were outside standing in a circle talking and smoking, yet they were “closed”. The employees are rude (I cant say all of them, but my experiences have been unpleasant with the ones I interacted with.) My drink tasted awful but I was too nervous to ask her to fix it because of how she treated me previously. I am pleasant because I understand being understaffed or overwhelmed and that oftentimes its not directly the employees fault. I will not return to tacobell because of these experiences.

I normally don’t write reviews, but this deserves it. I wouldn’t eat at TB if it wasn’t my husbands favorite. But, we will not go to this one any more. The app took my order and took money out of our account, but their “machines” were down. So, I cancelled it on our end. Instead of offering to take our order while my husband was at the counter, the manager told us to go to a different TB to order. She’s rude to her employees and customers. Orders are never correct. Save yourself some time and go to Caddo Valley.

The lady at the counter with the glasses is very rude and do not know what she is going. I asked for a cup and she had her had around the rim. I asked for a new one and she slammed the new cup on the counter. The soft taco and burritos was leaking with grease from the taco meat. Also, the taco meat was extremely cold. I will never go back to this location.

It’s a JOKE! We ate there last night and there was 5 people there and they was playing around, playing with their hair and not wearing gloves.. there was an older person that had no clue how to work the machines and they was rude that they had to help her.. a lady made an order online and 30 minutes later she got her order.. they did ours wrong and when I went back up there they did not want to even help finally I was like umm excuse me an he was back there saying this is what they ordered so idk what I did wrong.. them machines need to go and they need to work. It was horrible serves.
