I’ll give 5 stars across the whole bord, this team leads with passion and providing great service for the customers. As I walked in i heard somone calling out the orders for the window. This is a recipe for a great business and A+ service for the people.

I always have an experience here. This time they got my order wrong which was a blessing in disguise because I got some extra exercise running back into the store to get it fixed which was nice because let’s face it Taco Bell isn’t the healthiest food out there. They made it right and that’s what’s important.

The food was good and restaurant was clean and tidy, but the service was nearly non-existent. I had to do a partial payment at the kiosk and needed someone to help me at the register, and no one came up. I was standing there, even waved at a guy who ignored me the first time then asked a co-worker to assist me. He ended up walking up after his replacement for his shift showed up. I saw someone else start a couple times for my meal only to walk away halfway through and ask someone else, who was also in the middle of something, to finish it for them. I have no idea why I needed 4 separate people to complete my order or assist me. I also watched a couple other cash paying customers having to wait prolonged periods of time before being served. When I finally did get my food, the bag was tossed into the counter in front of me rather than handed to me: it just seemed like the icing on the cake for the service inside.
If you’re coming to this Taco Bell, I suggest the drive thru, as that seemed to be streamlined far better than the dining room service from what I could see while sitting there. That or do to the one in Friendship. I had better luck there, and it’s a quieter town if you’re traveling and want to avoid heavy junction traffic.

They day we went they were out of a lot of items. No beef. No dr pepper was told by the very nice worker that someone forgot to turn in the order. We only got a couple things which was hot and fresh and she gave my dog a cup of steak so a big win for her

Waiting thirty minutes– yes you read that right– in a fast food drive thru is ridiculous.
We also ordered a cantina chicken taco and were told at the window they didn’t have one and had to downgrade to a regular taco, so we paid more for a taco we didn’t even get. THENNNN they forgot one of drinks and we had to wait MORE inside to get it.
Yes, this is just taco bell, but what happened to fast food? This is a joke.

Just to be blunt. It’s Taco Bell… But we ordered 3 of the Middle Boxes. There was no food in our tortillas or tacos. I kid you not. Take a Gordita or Taco. Hold the shell in your hand. I am not making this up. Between the Meat, Lettuce, cheese……. It was about has much as if I lied my pointer finger across the bottem. It was 95% shell..,. And all the dishes were like that and every item. Never again will I stop at this location.

Terrible experience. The black lady working mic and window cut me off before I finished ordering and wouldn’t respond on the headset, then when I got to the window, she told me to go back around. Mind you, I had already waited 40 minutes to get 3 cheesy rice bean burritos. She had an attitude the whole time and acted disgusted when dealing with customers. It seems like Taco Bell is hiring ANYBODY. The burrito itself was made HORRIBLY. They put the cheese, rice, and beans in sections which made you bite into nothing but beans. And if you bit the other side, nothing but cheese. You can clearly see in the photo I added. Tbh, if you want Taco Bell, you’re better off driving to Caddo Valley and get treated 100x better and get your food right. 0/5 stars. Taco Bell, do better.

Upset. Angered. Ashamed. Pure disbelief. What the hell just happened?
This Taco Bell impressed the first few times, but this time? Not so much. To say I was disappointed is beyond an understatement. The burrito. I was so excited. I was ready to taste a warm, beefy 5. Instead? I tasted a cold, beefy 3. Not only was it mainly consisting of tortilla, but I experienced shivers from how cold it was. My cheesy Gordita.. first few bites- delicious, last few? Felt like a rabbit I ate so much lettuce. Still ate it, I was hungry. Anyways, get it together, please. For the sake of the internet, this is all I am writing. But be warned- next time? Won’t be so nice.

Actually the worst establishment ever. genuinely do not waste your time trying to get food from here as not only is the food and the wait time poor but so is the customer service. I saw a worker argue with a customer AND their own coworker. it seemed like a busy rush and yet I still saw a worker walk out to have a smoke break. this place is seriously pitiful and understaffed and that seems like an issue that needs to be discussed amongst the crew. -1/10 go to Wendy’s or McDonald’s instead.

Went in and was ignored for ten minutes for someone to take my order even though a couple was ordering when I walked in. Finally got my order taken and sat down. Two door dashers also waited a long time for them to get the food ready. About 45 minutes or so pass and they finally get my food ready, the girl in the back who made the food rushed to to counter said the name for the order and plopped it on the counter before running back to the food prep area. I know that fast food places get busy, and I am often polite and positive to the staff and considerate of wait times. But this just felt extremely unprofessional and a poor reflection of the ethics that should have been taught by management when they train their staff.
