My Son and I typically have a great experience at this Subway, better than any other Subway Ive been to. We came in and a super friendly blonde girl served us. She had a great personality, appologized for moving too slowly which she was not, asked my Boy if he had tried the “new” Honey Mustard and let him sample it before she put it on his sub. She was incredibly friendly, talked about music, and a local music show coming up… She made “grabbing a bite to eat” a GREAT experience and she is not really obligated to do so!! These are the kind of people we need in the industry!! Thank you and we will be back!! Funny tattoo story!

I wouldn’t normally give subway a bad review, as I love their food, but the workers there today were absolutely terrible. They had really poor attitudes and were like sighing and rolling their eyes as we were ordering. One of them stood by the oven looking at my sisters sub before bringing it to the veggie station, luckily my sister noticed what the lady was looking at on the bread. My sister had to literally ask the lady to get her a different roll because it looked like mold. The lady tried to play it off like it was just a sticker, but did get her a different sub. Honestly can’t believe she tried to pretend like she didn’t see it, when it was quite obvious that she had. Very disappointing.

Online ordered from this location and was extremely disappointed in my order. They did not toast the sandwich and it was soggy and falling apart. When I went to pick up the girl did not even say hello and ignored me when I came inside. Not pleased and will not return to this location. The bar is so low it’s not that hard to make a sandwich that is acceptable to be eaten

Went here today and the girl working had the worst attitude. Also no bread choices, and the wheat one I got was rock hard. Rude and unpleasant staff and stale bread?? No thanks. Go to any other location but this one…management seriously needs to make some changes here.

short woman with black hair was extremely rude. i asked for mayonnaise and she proceeded to pour half the bottle of mayo onto my sandwich on purpose. she should be terminated immediately. disgusting customer service and i do not know what i did to deserve this treatment. really needs to be fired.

Was just there. Glass in front of veggie selection very dirty. Junk spilled all over it. Mentioned to server that glass was dirty and needed cleaning.. She said I know. Got my order went to get drink. Got straw and put it in my drink and could not see any trash to put straw wrapper. Put away my receipt and gathered my stuff. Same server said. “You can throw away your trash” very rudely to me. I said ” I don’t see any trash can” she said “it’s around the corner. I told her she was rude and I would not be back. No need to be nasty to me. Had she told me nicely where the trash was I would have thrown out the wrapper. She needs a lesson in how to treat people.

The Sole employee working this afternoon was a hardworker and did amazing, she made a error making our order and was more then willing to fix it. The MANAGER was a C**T when asked to help by the employee she was rude and hostile during the interaction and made my wife feel miserable for wanting her sub fixed and refunded for the avocado she ordered but was out of stock in store.

Got my son a meatball sub & he loved it. Toasted w/provolone cheese on a wheat sub roll, I split a foot long w/ my man & we got the Philly steak & cheese with the pepper jack cheese & chipotle sauce it was great! the place was clean & enjoyed sitting down eating w/ my son. The workers were pretty nice.
