Very slow to prepare food, even though, I was the only customer in line. Then proceed to tell me , no chips and cheese, so all they have are the cinnamon twists. Then the fat lazy one up front , doesn’t bother to look , that I actually upgraded to a large drink. So I put the medium cup , back on the counter. Apparently, she didn’t like the way I put it on the counter, so she slams the large cup on the counter. Sloppy service, attitude and think they can intimidate me, on my way out. Oh, no tops for the drink. Just a joke of an establishment, all the way around!

I’m not going beat around the bush. This was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. The girl at the speaker was extremely rude. She refused to allow me to finish ordering. It was whoever was taking orders at 10:03 because that’s when my Samsung pay shows the purchase went through. Never had a bad experience at this location until tonight. I will not be returning to this location or anywhere on Bullard. If you want good service it won’t be found off of this road. Period!

Why? This is the second night in a row that I ordered Taco Bell through Uber eats and last night I ordered Taco Bell through doordash. They claim to the Uber eats driver that they didn’t have my order. This Taco Bell is so trashy and I don’t understand why the owner doesn’t fix the problems that go on there. They are lazy and liars. I pray that Uber eats and doordash get rid of this Taco Bell. Maybe if they dont make money then the owner was fix this Triflin Taco Bell. This is sad and unacceptable. Don’t go there ever! This is a big problem for me.

A touch kiosk is not great. I do not want to touch a dirty screen that everyone and their mother have laid their booger pickers on. In the glare of light, it was visibly caked in dirt and oil from people’s hands. Not a great choice, Taco Bell.

I thought since they separated from KFC, they would serve everything on the menu. I was so wrong. One time, I wanted a steak quesadilla, but they didn’t have that, so I changed it to a simply taco. They didn’t have beef either.. Ok? Then why are you open? Today, I went and they said they were only serving soft tacos and burritos. Huhhh??? Out of EVERYTHING on the menu, you’re only serving those two items? Also someone of the workers lovesss to catch attitudes. You’re working in customer service. Unless the attitude is REALLY called for, I don’t see the need for the attitude. This Taco Bell needs a better management.

I thought by this being a New Taco Bell, just maybe I would get good Service, No that’s not the case The Management is Horrible, I watched a Lady in the Vehicle in front of me get into an argument with the Store manager, on the intercom, Because the store was closed Early and was not accepting any orders, When the customer asked why they weren’t accepting her online order after it went through online, the customer asked for a manager the employee stated they were the manager and Told the Customer, That they should’ve cooked at home for all that what a thing to say to a hungry Person Looking for food at Night, That person Could have worked all Day and didn’t have time to cook This Management should have better etiquette and Customer Sevice Skillset,

Was told they were sold out of the deluxe cravings box I asked if they could just subsitute anything they said no so I ordered a crunchwrap supreme meal…the taco came with one side broken and they crunchwrap was little more than a skimpy quesadilla and the tostada shell inside was on the stale side. For this being a newer taco bell it sucks badly. Only thing good was the baja blast sadly
