The food is hit or miss depending on who’s making it there is little to no ingredients. I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch and there was maybe a teaspoon of meat and 3 pieces of lettuce. Also if you dine in you are ignored. Apparently only drive thru or mobile orders are important. Customers should not be punished for wanting to sit down to eat.

My last 3 orders were all made wrong. My orders were not complicated. I ordered a black bean crunch wrap without sour cream all three times. I ordered using the app in hopes of increased accuracy. They all came made with sour cream. I complained the first two times, and had them remade. I just want my food made right. This most recent time not only did it come with sour cream it came made with the most nasty dried up hamburger I have ever seen instead of black beans. With accuracy and quality problems on such small orders I don’t understand how this Taco Bell is still in business. The remakes and refunds must be killing profits. I guess if I want my food made correctly I will have to leave town. The Andover Taco bell seems to have their sh!t together, I guess I will start going there again.

I’m honestly really upset first I got a lot of attitude for asking for the correct sauce, which he replied well I put a lot of mild I said I understand but I wanted hot so can you please give me some hot sauce. Then he like threw it in my bag and before I could even say thank you he rolled his eyes and closed the window. I brushed it off but this flat burrito I got is ridiculous. I have never had this problem at this location but I won’t be going back. There is literally no egg and it’s cold I don’t work that far usually my food is still hot by time I get to sit down and eat it. You lost a pretty loyal customer please get this employee some more training.

Ordered 6 Tacos, All were crushed. All were old and leaking and stuck to the wrapper. It was 7 ish so rushish dinner time. Hard to get good help .

We pulled into the drive through and tried ordering a slushy and they said they were out. We decided to order a different one which they were out of when we got to the window. They then proceeded to tell us that their card reader was broken and asked if we had cash. We had a $50 which they wouldn’t accept and some smaller bills. The amazing employee Myles handled the situation amazingly and even paid for the rest that we couldn’t cover for us. However the general manager was awful and didn’t even try to offer a solution besides having Myles cover it. Amazing employee awful general manager. I can’t see how they made it all the way to being a geberal manager.

Very clean lobby area due to the server at that time. The cook at the time came in from smoking outside and exhaled smoke out of his mouth into the kitchen area. Nasty and unhealthy for customers!

For the love of God, change your grease. I had to return my Mexican Pizza because of a metallic taste in my mouth that it gave me 2 weeks in a row. Am I the only 1 that notices this and/or complains? It’s absolutely horrible!
