I mainly use the drive-thru when I go to this Taco Bell. The order taker and the people at the window have always been very nice. The drive-thru menu is great if you’re ordering a regular combo meal. If you’re wanting one of the specials or boxes it’s not exactly clear what is available or what you get. You can’t see the menu until you get to the order speaker. You don’t really get any time to peruse the menu before you are asked to order. In general the service is very good. The food is typical Taco Bell but on the better side.

The lady at the window had a massive attitude when we told her we need just a second while our 6 year old was trying to decide if he wanted a soft or hard taco. My family had never felt so rushed to order food and we would have left if it wasn’t 9:30pm. We had all had a long day and just wanted some comfort food and a good ending to the day. But instead we were met with huge attitude and made to feel like we just wasn’t welcome all because our 6 year need a few seconds to decided if he wanted a soft or hard taco. All we need was just a minute for him to decided and we got treated like a incredible inconvenience for it. Food was okay though.

Ordered on the app, it went through and charged my bank account but then reloaded and said an error occurred and wanted me to pay again. I checked, and it did charge my bank already. So I went to the location to see if it went through, they said no so I asked what am I supposed to do, it already charged my account. The manager seemed weirdly pleased to tell me there’s nothing she can do and that it has nothing to do with them, I have to call corporate. I asked for the number, she said I have to find it myself. She acted like I was trying to get a free meal or something. Meanwhile the employees were literally dancing in the background, hopping around because they thought it was funny. I just wanted my money back, or the food I paid for.

Tried to order on app it would except payment then suddenly cancel.. All the workers not a 1 could help! They were rude! Unhelpful!!! They had me pull all the way around to reorder if they would of told me at the ordering speaker they didn’t have my order I could of ordered instead of waiting going all the way around again and waited again and not a one was nice or even tried to be helpful not apologetic not even a we will let our bosses know about the app problem!!

I had all plans in giving 5 stars. The one who took my order was very professional and kind. She told me that there would be a 3 minute wait. I said that’s no problem. 10 minutes later I finally got my food. I’m guessing it was the manager at the window that pretty much threw my food at me. She said 10 minutes is unacceptable. I told her it’s no problem for me. She said oh yes it’s a problem. After throwing my order to me I was trying to arrange it so that nothing would spill while driving down the road. She continued to rush me out. Waving her hands saying “go go go you gotta go go go go. I patiently waited for 10 minutes for my food and was completely respectful. She had the audacity to rush me after waiting 10 minutes on them. I will find out who runs this place and let them know how she treated me. If you are behind that is your problem. Not mine. I won’t be back unless she is fired. That was very unprofessional and rude. Taco Bell you need to find better managers. The food was good though. The service was as bad as it could possibly be.
