First time having something from Pretzelmaker, and I love the idea, but the prices are not reasonable for the serving size. This particular location we went to seemed like the food had been cooked way ahead of time and just been held hot for hours. We spent $18 on just a “snack”. The kids working were nice, and we didn’t have a wait. Just wasn’t satisfied with the quality for the price.

Every single time I physically place an order, I am always told they don’t have garlic seasoning, despite it being on their menu. I’ve placed an online order a few times now, and have always ordered garlic. There’s never an issue with me ordering garlic bites online. Don’t appreciate being lied to.

Absolutely terrible. Poor service. Cashier acted like he didn’t want to be there. Raw pretzel bites. Pretzel roller guy was on his phone and then put gloves on without washing his hands.

Slow service despite 3 people plus what appeared to be a manager, no rush or pride in the work. The manager just walked out to tell them to do stuff then went in back, couldn’t even be bothered to help. One employee was so new they didn’t even know how to make anything. And after my food was done they had forgotten to make a other item I had ordered. If I could give 0 stars I would, this location used to be very good, now they are a pale imitation

My co worker and myself went on lunch together and she got us mozzarella pizza bites…. not 10minutes later my co worker and I are feeling sick and throwing up. Would not go here. They used to be so good but it’s like the staff don’t care about being sanitary or checking if the food going out is still safe. And the customer service is bad. They need to reform this store asap.

If i could leave zero stars, i would. The last 2 times i was there i was told by worker with all the tats that they arent making pretzels…then he gave us attitude when we asked for cheese dipping sauce. Both times, same worker. Never again.

Was there for pretzel bites, no butter or salt. Just plain bites with dipping sauce. I got bites covered in butter already waited for them and they were wrong. Now I had to wait for plain ones. I got plain ones, 1/2 order and was told she would have to make more. I’m now waiting for more. When I was called to get the rest of my order… I looked at them and they were burnt.

The workers were very slow, not friendly, incompetent and rude. The one employee was very unclean looking as well .. The cashier was very confused and slow when it came time to give me back my change… They messed up my order and when I asked them to fix it ,two of them stood there and looked at me blank for about a minute.. I got a few snotty looks from them as well…They said they didn’t mess up my order and didn’t want to fix it… They did offer me an extra cup of cheese but that was it…not only that ,but after leaving I found a piece of black hair in my pretzel bites (my hair is blonde ).. What a waste of 23.00 for my kids and I… this is the third time they have been rude and messed up my order. .. My order was just to have parmesan cheese topping and they just put butter on it… I will not return… They can’t seem to hire any decent employees with any customer service skills… Very upset and disappointed.

this place is my favorite to go to when I’m alone. I love the smell of the fresh always cooked pretzels. The people that work there are super nice and I told one to have a nice day, he even told me to “enjoy the rest of your day!”. I can’t believe some people like Big hoss think this place is trash. Big hoss is a man child. I will always come to this place if im feeling pretzels or a fresh lemonade
