Another day another trial and error I’ve been going to this one for a while now and every time I order no beef and swap it most the time its wrong and so today I tried just to get a potato taco but where’s my lettuce? Also got 7 layer fries awful looking and messy. I’ve only ate here 3 times. Each time they have forgotten to put something in the bag. This time several of us ordered through the app, but it was all on one order. You know, to make it easier to get right. Nope. We did not get a cheesy potatoes, we’re missing a quesadilla, and the cinnamon bites were missing the CINNAMON!!! I do know recommend this place and will not visit again.

We ordered through the Taco bell app set for the Washington location for delivery. Our order was sent to Union taco bell instead. This has happened on several occasions and every single time our order is wrong and missing items. Tonight I ordered a CHEESE quesadilla and they put chicken on it, which made me sick. We’ll stick to just picking up mobile orders in Washington since Union skimps on paid extras and can’t read orders right.

Food was thrown in the bag. Nacho cheese cups were half closed and leaking on everything. The quesidillas were smashed and burnt. Food was missing from order, and some of the food was made wrong. This location seems to mess up orders quite often, but this last visit was the worst.

Amanda was very friendly to me and my kids. Gave us a personal experience. I added something at the window bc I forgot to get my 2 year old a happier hour drink with my 8 year old. That would have been bad. She was nice about it. Didn’t let it phase her and said she understood. She spoke to my kids and even held my car door open bc my window doesn’t work. Thanks, Amanda! You’re great!! I hope you stick around. We looking forward to getting the experience we look for in a business in the future when we come back to you.
