Boyfriend stopped by on way home. We live 5 minutes away. We immediately opened to eat and the soft taco supremes looked like they were balled up not rolled. They were soggy and shells stuck to the paper. Melted tacos. My boyfriend ordered a quesadilla, cheesy Gordita crunch, and a beef taco. He received 2 quesadillas that’s it. I don’t understand the incompetence to not only make the tacos properly and then also not completely screw up the entire order.

ordered taco bell to be delivered & was missing more than HALF my food. went through the drive through and tried to explain how I paid so much to not have my food, the staff was rude, they didn’t even want to help. they swore that everything was in there, yet i had the door dasher and customer service on the phone and the staff at that location wouldn’t even give me a chance to tell them anything. We could not wait for this store to reopen. I have been here several times expecting a different outcome. Every order has been screwed up. How can you eat/dip a shredded beef dipping taco when it is laying on its side with melted cheese. The burrito supreme was a burrito with rice in it (supreme burrito do not). This location isn’t going to have any customers if you can’t get a $21.00 order correct.

Updating this after about a month of this place being reopened… They’re just like all the other Taco Bells now. They don’t care about your food, have bad attitudes, and poor service. I don’t know where Mary went from the lobby, but she took all of her kindness with her. Don’t give this place another thought. I watched them toss trays of tacos (which are coming apart and out of the wrapper) onto the counter for a customer. Unacceptable. And when I asked about my order, they told me they didnt have an order with that name, but they were just talking about my order. Why lie? And why gas light your customers? It’s ridiculous. Do better. Your “free taco” coupons won’t work on me even though you shoved my food bag and three of those things at me. I’m done with Taco Bell.

Omg, went to order at the counter and waited several minutes before being acknowledged(which I expect). Probably a good thing because while we waited, I watch one of the workers after preparing an order sweeping up food off the floorwith a dirty broom and dust pan and then procede to start touching food and preping another order without washing his hand or changing his gloves. I asked the person who finally showed up to get the order and with a snotty attitude she stated they wash their hands. I told her I just watch him. Sorry if you think I’m Karen for not ignoring it but we should expect basic food handling practices to reduce contamination. I love Taco Bell so I am sooo disappointed. We decided to eat elsewhere.

I went there for 6/9/23 at 4:56pm the service was terrible. And the food was terrible too. My tacos and burritos were like half full. The meat was even lined even on the taco it was all on the right side and the sour cream was on the left side. The burrito was literally empty no rice and the beef was to be seen.
