The Traveling Man
I was passing through on my way back home and decided to stop for a late Supper. It was around 9:50 pm on Saturday night November 5, 2022. After ordering, the young girl said the dining room was closing. I ask if I could sit inside or if I should leave. She said as long as I didn’t make a mess I could stay. Right after that, the guy who took my order told me to leave. Girl said I could stay then he scolded her for telling me that and to not be telling people that. It wasn’t too loud but I could hear him say it. I left and ate in the car. Not worth this young girl getting in trouble for. If your lobby is closing either lock the door or tell people they can’t eat inside. I felt bad for this young girl dealing with this guy. She deserves better and he needs an attitude adjustment.

Have heard a lot of bad reports on Taco Bell, but the one in Flora is really good. I always go through the Drive-thru and have never eaten inside. My food is always fresh and hot. The employees have always been very friendly and the service is fast. And I love that they serve Pepsi Zero! Kudos to the management team and keep up the good work!

Ordered through doordash, spent $15 on 2 burritos and fiesta potatoes that were made wrong. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Chipotle burrito with NO CHIPOTLE and EXTRA SOUR CREAM. Paid almost a dollar extra for said sour cream. And I never got the sour cream on it and there was still Chipotle. I also ordered a Beefy Melt burrito with EXTRA SOUR CREAM, charged again for that. And they put the tortilla chips on it instead of the sour cream. No complaints about the fiesta potatoes, they were made right including the extra sour cream.

Ordered my good from the kiosk. I was the ONLY CUSTOMER. One employee walks outside to talk to his GF and her mother, another is using a vape in his black vehicle outside, and a third is walking around with a clip board. No one was making my order.

Every time I come by here there are more emplyees out smoking and playing on their phones than working. Takes several minutes to get food and it is usually most tortilla and no meat. Whomever that is the store manager of this store is doing a very poor job and should be held accountable for the frequent failures of their establishment or replaced with someone who is a actually competent to do the job.

Food was great once we got someone to take our order and eventually got our food. New management would be a good idea i believe. He knew nothing about running the register and took a call in the middle of the order from his cell phone and sounded to me like it wasn’t business related. I think if he would spend more time trying to figure out the register and running the store instead of stepping out to smoke the 3 times he did while we were there for over 35 mins he may know a little something and for the rest of the crew there were some who were really trying, but started getting busy they had to call those outside back in a cpl times while there. Felt kinda bad for the ones trying. I know it is a new place and trying to get things straightened out but good employees would help. They were all very nice, but need to figure out why they are there. Well some of them anyway. This is 3rd time been here and service hasn’t changed any. Trying to give them benefit of the doubt, but hard to when some are barely trying. They think it is more of social time than working. Sorry!
