Got a nacho bell grande and the chips was so stale I threw it away. My husband got a chicken Chilopoda and the shell was so stale he couldn’t even take bites. He tried to take a bite and it just pulled it all apart no bite in it tho. Their food has really went down. We could always depend on going there and at least get decent food but not anymore.

Put tomatoes on everything we asked for no tomatoes on it, left off over 20$ worth of food. Would not and will not go again, did not offer a refund, just more food, I’m not driving 20 minutes to get more food. Sickening especially after 55$

All I ordered was cinnamon twists and basically all I got was the last scoop in their container because it was almost all crumbs and cinnamon sugar and they threw 2 or 3 whole twists on top to look good.

Most people hate on Taco Bell but I find it amazing. Have never had a complaint here. The workers are amazing and they seem to have a full house there so you know your food will be ready quick. I’ve also talked with the manger there and she is a very happy soul. Never seems to get angry and tries to help as best as she can. Now for the food it is excellent as usual. I’ve gone to the Taco Bell for about 15 ish years and I’ve probably had my order messed up maybe twice. Now you know that is premium service right there.

The thick chick working the window most nights seems to intentionally get condiments or drinks inaccurate… If she’s that miserable to mess with people maybe she needs to find another job or at minimum get out the window. Because this is the 3rd time. I’ll start giving bad surveys if she keeps it up.
