The story of Sr Ceviche began many years ago, when our executives chefs Alonso Jordan and his father Eduardo, started their culinary training in Peru. During this time, they developed a passion for the flavors of traditional Peruvian cuisine. Inspired to share this passion, Alonso seeked the help of his brother Eduardo Jr, and together they decided to open Sr.Ceviche in South Florida, in June of 2013. Just a year after opening, we received our first big honor. One of our dishes, “The Ceviche Clásico”, was recognized as the “Best Traditional Ceviche in Florida” for which we received a prize known as the “Oscar of the Traditional Ceviche” given to us by the Consul of Peru in Miami. We also have been awarded trophies for “Best Quinoa Gourmet”

They also have lunch special, but we had to ask 2x for its menu, they didn’t bring it at first. I am not sure if they didn’t want to bring or a language barrier.
But anyways the lunch we had was a trio and it was good price, good quantity and great food. I we had the one with ceviche, potato and fried rice. I personally didn’t like the potato because it is in a cold cheese sauce, other than that it was great.
The place is very clean and well decorated, but the music is a little loud for me.

I have been going to Sr. Ceviche for many years, and its quality and consistency are amazing. The quality of the food and service is great. On this last visit, I tried the famous Papa a la Huancaina, plus Tallarines Verdes con Churrasco, and a Passion Fruit Sour; all of them tasted very good. I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed with Sr. Ceviche’s quality of food.
