I don’t think this store is for me. I was missing many products & had a product prepared incorrectly. I was made to feel as if I was a bother coming back to the store & expressing my concerns. (The manager refused to remake my order or even come speak to me.) Therefore I just offered to pay for my order for a second time (though I was not the reason for the incorrect order, I ordered through the app) they took my second payment & did not offer me any assistance other than remaking my order correct this time. I would recommend the Waterloo Taco Bell instead.

This is the best Taco Bell I’ve been to. If I could give it 6 stars, I would. The food was spot on, tacos were loaded up, they ain’t skimping on the meat! The sauces were in the bags, plenty of napkins, the works. Delicious! Great customer service! Y’all did great! Whoever is running this one, can you do the Cahokia one too? Because that one needs some serious work

It’s fast food. You don’t expect it to be mind blowing in food or in service. But this has got to be the best Taco Bell in existence. The team here is incredibly kind, and, compared to every other Taco Bell I’ve been to, I feel like it tastes the best too

It’s a Taco Bell…. but, for a Taco Bell, it’s typically on the cleaner end with friendly and fast service. Also, they usually put the right amount of each topping on your items. Every once in awhile you’ll get the wrong item or a topping you didn’t want or ask for….. but for the most part, the Columbia Taco Bell is on the upper part of my list.

As ordered, half the bowl filled, seems price from when they were released back in 2012 has gone up but the portions have gone way down. Lady on the speaker was kind of stand offish. Not a lot of food for 10$

I loved coming here, the foods always been fine and I door dashed all the time, but tonight the food was just terrible. I ordered some quesadillas without sauce and there was a mix up where they made it with sauce without cheese. I’ve worked food service before, I understand mixups happen and I would’ve let it go if they weren’t horribly made. We were shorted chicken so bad that one piece was just sauce in the tortilla.

5/22/2025 @ 12pm I went to Taco Bell, ordered 2 soft tacos just meat and cheese ( no lettuce ) instead I opened it up to be ALL lettuce and not even a scoop of beef.. I am a manager for a Taco Bell in granite city so I know this isn’t acceptable and it’s sad that they will serve something that’s not even made right. I understand mixing up the order and maybe you forgot it’s just meat and cheese that’s fine, but when it’s loaded with just lettuce, no cheese, & not even a scoop of beef IM VERY angry! I’ll be taking this to my resources
