Taco Bell continues to exceed expectations with their innovative Mobile Order feature available through the app. This feature has significantly improved the convenience of ordering, allowing you to tailor your meal to perfection and skip the usual wait times. During my most recent visit, I was delighted by the exceptional service provided by the drive-thru employee. Their genuine kindness and patience shone through as they took the time to ensure my order was accurate and met all my preferences. This level of care truly enhanced my overall dining experience and speaks volumes about Taco Bell’s commitment to customer satisfaction. The combination of technological convenience and exceptional service makes Taco Bell a standout choice for fast-food cravings.

Unfortunately, it’s not what I hoped for. Normally, the Taco Bell nearest to my house is always great. It’s clean and the staff is friendly. This location isn’t on the same page. There’s only two other people in here eating. It’s dirty inside, especially by the pop machine, all the tables are dirty from previous customers, and the woman taking our order didn’t add my drink I asked for onto my order. By the time I saw it wasn’t on the receipt, which was only a few seconds, she’d already turned around and left the counter. I had to wave someone else down. It’s also really cold in here, lol. It seems petty, but it’s just something else to add my list of my overall experience at this location. Thanks, but no thanks.

This store is a complete joke, noon on a Tuesday and you can’t get into the dining room cause the doors are locked. Drive thru open but that does absolutely no good when you’re a truck driver and can’t fit in drive thru.

I’ll give 0 stars if I could. A quarter of rice, a few pieces of chicken a sprinkle of tomatoes and sooooo much lettuce. I never been so disappointed in my life.. $8 for this. I could’ve spent the same $8 at Mr. Sub and got a full meal. This is disrespectful

OK, mixed review here. The food is OK (typical TB), the staff was friendly BUT the beggars that are allowed to hang outside the drive through window is unacceptable. Beggars in Joliet is an issue, no one should be allowed nor have to beg at a drive through for food, there are a multitude of jobs to be had AND food services (soup kitchens & shelters) for everyone, not to mention the food pantry is literally in the same parking lot. The staff did seem OK with this, that is why the review is for this Taco Bell and not just a knock on the city of Joliet.

Came here at 10pm on Tuesday. Person working the drive through mumbles something along the lines of we’re short staffed and not taking orders. Nobody in line in front of me. Place looked dead. I said I’m sorry I didn’t hear you. More mumbles. I’m sorry I still can’t hear you. WE ARE SHORT STAFFED AND ONLY TAKING MOBILE AND DOOR DASH ORDERS!” Wow. Ok bye.

Less beans and more meat. I get that they are trying to cut costs but the durrito taco had less then a teaspoon of meat in it. Also, you need to eat the food immediately. By the time I got home 15-20min), the food was cold and the taco shells were soggy.
