We don’t usually expect much from fast food stops, but this Popeyes was a pleasant surprise. The customer service was excellent, the restaurant was clean, and the food was good. It is Conveniently located next to a gas station with a drive thru, it made for a quick stop on our road trip. Overall, a good choice for a quick and satisfying bite.

I came to Popeyes at 8:45 pm and waited at the orders screen for over 15 minutes before I even got to order. The service was so extremely slow and when I got to the window to pay, they made me wait another 10+ minutes before they even recognized my existence and when THEY FINALLY DID, their giftcard machine was conveniently not working. The only saving grace was the very nice shift lead who gave the food for free because I had to wait so long. Absolute ridiculous experience. I must also note that I saw at least one employee handling food with tongs, and putting the paper lining in food boxes, both without gloves. There has got to be better standards than this.

I came threw drive-thru last night and the employee Misty was fantastic she was very friendly very nice. Even though brief she made my experience wonderful. I will definitely be returning again. She went over and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. She was a breath of fresh air. We need more employees like her. Thank you Misty for making my experience very pleasant. I LOVE Popeyes but this Popeyes SUCK!! Stopped at this truck stop last night because the had Popeyes. Walked in an noticed they had a bunch of cooked chicken in boxes, it was an hour from closing so no problem I understood. Ordered a 12 pc wings, I ate 2 1/2 wings and threw the rest away. Again I understood it was an hour from closing so they weren’t fresh but the wings were dry, taste reheated and or burnt. I stayed at Petro overnight so I decided to give them another shot for lunch 11:53am, 3 of my 4 pc was old(old chicken at lunch hour) and the old fresh piece was dry. I’ve NEVER had a fresh piece of chicken from Popeyes that was dry and taste old lol. And the biscuit was old and almost rubbery in texture. It seems like either the chicken served today was leftover from last night or they made a big batch before opening at 9:30 and was still serving the same chicken at lunch but either way, THIS POPEYES SUCK!!! Shut this franchise down or retrain the staff and cooks, someone is going to get sick eating here.

I ordered through the Popeyes app at 10:10 which they close at 10:00 pm on Sunday nights, I tried to dispute the charge on the app the night of purchase the issue was never resolved app said there was an open ticket and the ticket was resolved I came back the next day to talk to the manager she said I could only get refund through the app the app just says open ticket that it’ll pass it on to there team and then the open ticket is closed and resolved I’m pretty sure this is happening to a lot of other people to what I’ve read online Popeyes please reach out to me I never received my order and need a refund thanks

This restaurant was disgusting the ceiling was leaking water, the staff was lazy and unattentive, half of a soft drinks did not have syrup. I waited 35 minutes all to just have cold chicken, fries and mac and cheese. This was my far my worst Popeyes experience and even fast food experience especially when I’m paying over $25 just for one meal. This place is a joke the manager and owner should be ashamed of themselves I will never stop here again!

For 60$ buying the fnaf meal deluxe. This meal was not worth it the tenders were small and honestly the driest pieces of chicken iv ever had honestly felt like I was running the rub across my tongue the entire time definitely not worth the 60$ I spent on me and my gf but I do appreciate the worker having my washer call me to make up for the items they didnt have but these tenders need to be bigger especially if im paying this much i get its so much cause its for the fnaf franchise but at least make it worth the money im paying nice resraunt prices for stuff that aint even worth it

Our store has new hours Monday-Thursday we close at 10pm Friday-Saturdays we close at 11pm. Sundays we close at 10pm. Our app needs updated on multiple items. But we DO have new hours. Before People leave negative comments that aren’t accurate. We DO in fact have new business hours.
