Was disappointed in this place. Line to the door when we got here. They were a little busy but nothing crazy. Just really slow. Took for ever just to order. They are out of several things. No coleslaw, jambalaya for sides. The Coke drink machine was out of several flavors. No sweat tea or napkins on the drink bar. Food took a long time to get ready. We got a 10 dollar box of chicken tenders. Was a 6 peice meal. It looked like the bottom of bag lots of little pieces a lot more than 6 just to fill the box. A 3 piece white meat meal had one breast and two legs? The food was good we enjoyed it. Need a to go order to take home. No one was at the register and one group was waiting for a while. When she came back and took their order and disappeared again before talking mines. Still a longer wait. 6 employees in the kitchen should not have been that bad. The lobby was terrible trash overflowing. Very disappointed in the dinner hopefully this was just one busy night.

Really slow and then when I finally get my drive thru order and get back to work, it was totally wrong. Service was terrible. The last 2 or 3 times have been like this. I won’t go to this location again. This was supposed to be the Shrimp Tackle Box.

I’m sorry, but if you can’t serve/sell FRESHLY made chicken, don’t sell anything! Just got THE WORST Chicken Strips combo I’ve ever attempted to eat! They were out of bone-in chicken so had to get strips. TERRIBLE!! Almost inedible. Didn’t ask what kind of sauce THEN gave me the wrong sauces. Ugh. So long Salina Popeyes…

Food was was not up to par with a good Popeyes. Tenders tasted like they had been sitting there a while. My biscuit was all crumbled up too. No napkins in the dispenser nor was I given my sauce that came with my food. Had about a 10 minute wait on my order. 3 stars just for being a Popeyes in Kansas cuz I am so far from home. Parking was a little cramped as well.

They did not inform me that it was going to be a bit of a wait at the window in the drive thru. Left us sitting there for several minutes while my son and I joked, “this ish better be good for this Damn wait”. But when I took my first bite of my chicken sandwich I realized it was because it was FRESH. So any animosity I had left my body as I enjoyed the heck out of that sandwich. My son had a 3 piece that was just as fresh. They were out of gravy for his mashed potatoes, but there were no complaints about any of our food. Great job! Would definitely go again.

This place is definitely still open for business. But heaven forbid you get off work at 8:30 and drive to their establishment for supper. They say they close at 10, but they let us sit at the board for a good 20 minutes then proceeded to tell us they could close because they didn’t have business. Then when they finally took our order they kept telling us they were out of everything. We asked for strawberry Fanta was told that it

I love Popeyes chicken. I take issue with this location. The drive through sign has been broken for years. I don’t remember the last time I ordered from someone who seemed like they were happy with their job or even just faking it to be kind to customers. This makes me upset because we were so excited to get this location as a stand-alone Popeyes in Salina. This location has only continued to go downhill soncenit opened and I’m afraid there is little food to say about it now.

Very disappointed! I live outside of town and on a schedule when running errands. We were close to Popeyes at 11am and since my wife and I hadn’t had breakfast we decided to do brunch here. The Lobby being closed because of the lack of employees. We went to the drive thru. After waiting for about 5 minutes a lady came from inside to our car and let us know that they did not have any food ready at this time. Ummm, don’t posted times mean anything anymore?

I went when they were starting to get busy. I had a large order and a coupon from their app that I didn’t know exactly how to use. The gentleman that I believe may have been the manager was very helpful. They didn’t make me feel rushed. They had me pull around so that they could keep the line going. They brought me my order soon after. I liked that the emoloyees were wearing masks. We got the bone in chicken, tenders and fries. All was good as usual.

I have never been to this location when I didn’t wonder how sick I was going to get. My chicken was under cooked, yet again. My order was messy, there was gravy on the outside of the container which made the entire bag a mess. Unfortunately, the three napkins they gave me didn’t quite soak up the mess. To to it off, I have still never had the one thing I went there for because they didn’t have the pull apart chicken.
