I paid $14.70 for a #5 with a nacho bellGrande combo. Got back to work it had no meat on it. Their phone number doesn’t work, it takes you to a voicemail not set up. Nachos had a rancid flavor that will not go away. I wanted a replacement or my money back but can’t call and needed to go back to work.

I always come here at night since I work the later shift and this taco bell is always consistently accurate and fast. I never have any issues and the lady at the window is always nice and fun to talk to.

Went in to empty store and both bathrooms were locked, so I sat to wait & the workers making light jokes about my wifes order in the drive in (she was taking a few minutes as we had some friends of my daughter with us traveling), only other thing was food was missing silverware. Things happen and she wasn’t mad.
Good reminder that you may not know others circumstance. I would come back though.

I ordered 2 tacos no lettuce at drive thru. Went home sat down opened them up, full of lettuce. A crash out was brewing. I drove back and went inside and a gentleman assuming to be manager (I wish I got his name! Ugh) immediately apologized and corrected the wrongs. But he did it x10!! I left with not only my 2 tacos now lettuce free. But 3! AND.. a large Baja blast, chips with cheese, cinnamon twists, AND their Cinnabon desert balls. Mind was blown at the service I received! Taco Bell is in good hands with this manager

Taco Bell should place greater focus on offering proper vegetarian options. Vegetarian means no eggs, no meat, no exceptions. It would be helpful if employees were trained to clearly understand the difference between vegetarian and non-vegetarian. We truly appreciate the menu options available, but it’s disappointing when orders are prepared incorrectly.

The service here has dropped drastically. I get you’re short staffed like the rest of the world but this is unacceptable. I ordered the chicken chalupa meal and somehow got hard shell beef tacos and they were made so poorly. This is the second time in a month they have given me the completely wrong order. Please get it together Taco Bell.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a taco bell (or any fast food restaurant). I got home and I received 4 chips for my nacho, 1/2 of a container of nacho cheese, 3/4 full slushy, and 2 cinnamon bites (I paid for 4). The rest of my order wasn’t correct either. The drive thru line took over ten minutes. The employees looked angry and were visibly arguing.
