I don’t normally give bad reviews but this takes the cake. Let’s start from the beginning. I saw on the app a deal meal for 2 for only 12.50. Thought it was a great deal. I placed order. It was easy to get. I get to drive thru to get my order. Waiting for lady in front of me to get help. She sat there for almost two minutes before they took her order. Finally I tell I’m here to get order. Everything on board is correct. I kid you not I waited 5 minutes for lady to get her order. Mine was ready right away but I seen people leaving the line do to slowness. Now this is my reason for the 2. Remember the 80s the delicious tacos. Welp keep those memories cause the food is tasteless. Taste like my mom turkey tacos. But at least she puts flavor in her tacos. Tasteless and bland. I predict all Taco Bell will be closing soon. Sorry but never returning again. No thank you eww

What kind of place delivers food like this? Every time we order it’s wrong. I’ve always called and complained. NEVER a right. NEVER any sauce. Bag wasn’t even closed. Very disappointing time and time again. I talked to a manager a few weeks ago/ gave it another chance but come on this is AWFUL!!! My order is completely wrong and not even prepared right. It’s simple to follow directions when things are taken off. Who wants Taco Bell without sauce. Just pathetic. WRONG

Great on the food side, the prep is spot on and everything is fresh. Inside service is fine too, the staff is alright. Unfortunately the drive through orders aren’t as consistent. Plenty of occasions when the drive through staff forgot to put in items asked for like sauce, napkins, etc. Every once in a while they toss the order in the bag a little fast and dump our cinnamon twists…it’s not the worst complaint but I really hate it when that happens (cinnamon everywhere)

Decided to see if the inside was as mismanaged as the drive through and oh man do I wish I didn’t. Employees open mouth coughing while making food, manager’s too busy on their phone, waited 10 minutes inside before even being acknowledged even though there were 4-5 employees leaning over the food prep counter on their phones too. Store’s going to continue downhill until an actual manager steps in.

It’s good when they get the order correct. But counting the number of items and having the ability to determine the difference soft from hard shell must be something they reserve for the elite. Spend $40 it’s all wrong like 60% of the time.

Shorewood Rt 59 location right by the Black Road intersection was once one of the better locations. Like many other, it’s quickly falling into bad service with an inability to get orders correct. With prices going up and quality going down, I’ll not soon be revisiting. I just can’t pay $5 for a $2 taco with toppings I asked to be excluded.

I had a free pending meal from a previous mess up and I had been reached out to by the manager, James t come back for a complimentary meal. So 2 nights ago my fiance and I decided to give it another shot and put in our order. Upon arriving home with our food i was met yet AGAIN with such huge disappointment. Almost every item i had ordered had something wrong with it, or not even edible. MY two bean burritos one of which was missing, leaving me with the one had maybe one tiny spoonful of beans and the rest was sour cream and red sauce. My nachos supreme once again, upon asking for extra cheese on contained absolutely NO CHEESE. Literally the same problem i had experienced and complained about last time, and all that was on them was one dry scoop of beans in the middle with some meat crumbled on top and barely any sour cream. Then of the 3 tacos i had ordered one was again, entirely missing. I am beyond frustrated with this horrible service i have received yet again from this location and most likely will not be returning. I’ve been gong to this location for years and i have never seen it this bad.
