This was actually very sad for me to say, but this Taco Bell has gone way down. They use to be quite good. Today they dropped the ball. I asked for no lettuce and ez bean. To which they had to remake my order 2 separate times while I was there and not including their original mistake. Then they decided to give me this… not at all appetizing…

Ordered three beef tacos, a burrito (no hot sauce), two chalupas, and two plain chicken tacos and cinnamon twists. Asked for a caramel apple empanada and midnight Baja blast, (which mind you, were both advertised on the menu sign outside AND inside).
All of the food was bland. And they could not make it right. The burrito that was supposed to have no hot sauce? Had hot sauce. The two plain chicken tacos? Had toppings. And the cinnamon twists? Not even on the receipt. Literally bare minimum listening skills were avoided.
Other than the bad listening skills, they couldn’t be bothered to talk to me as I pulled up to pay. Not a single word was said until I said thank you. The guy who gave me my order? Still said nothing. He waved me off. And worst of all? It wasn’t even enough food. The tacos barely had meat on them. The chalupas just had about three pieces of meat and a drizzle of sauce. The only thing that was a regular amount of things in it was the chicken tacos that were supposed to be just meat and tortilla.
There’s no reason for the bare minimum to be such a task for the workers. There’s horrible service and the depressing food made me feel like giving them money was an inconvenience. And I wasn’t mean. I greeted the guy taking my order, I said thank you, apologized when he couldn’t hear me, but he still acted as if I were being an annoyance.

Horrible experience . The 2 girls working young girls white and black girl messed up my order , couldn’t hear at all from there speaker . When I went up to the window I had to explain my order all over again she gave me an attitude . Supposedly I was good to get me refund back and asked for my receipt and she closes the window door and walked away rolling her eyes . Horrible customer services .

Worst Taco Bell we have ever been to. Missing food. They take forever. They didn’t even toast the crunchwrap. I’m thinking they don’t even require a heartbeat to work here. Time for Corporate to fire the entire staff and start over.

Ordered on the mobile app at 8:00 arived around 8:12 and employees gave me the worst attitude. It took over 25 minutes to receiver my order and it was not anything crazy, they forgot one of two drinks I ordered at first and I had to ask for it, and after scooping half the fries they just threw into the bag into each fry container, each was only half full at best. The attitude and soggy fries really ruined the experience. Im not a karen and I hate to leave a bad review but this is the worst experience ive ever had at a food establishment ever.

My experience today was AMAZING! It has been a LONG time since I’ve had a good experience at ANY Taco Bell as far as food quality and sufficient staffing at any of the establishments. The cashier Isaac H. had the most electric charisma and upbeat personality I’ve ever seen, it was contagious! I left smiling and in a good mood from our short but impressive interaction. Once I got home my food was WONDERFUL! It was beautifully prepared and wasn’t skimpy on ingredients like I have unfortunately had in my past few experiences at several different locations. THANK YOU AS WELL to the workers on the foodline! You also made today’s experience at Taco Bell on Mall Loop, Joliet IL most enjoyable it’s nice to actually receive a meal that is worth the money you paid for it! If I knew your names I would give you recognition as well but I can add that the employees working on Friday May 19th 2023 at 12:58pm were absolutely amazing and deserve to be recognized for amazing service

Got 5 tacos and a giant burrito. The tacos were all stuck to the wrapper and when we tried to pull them off gently it ripped the entire center of the bottom out. A huge mess. The shells also tasted stale.

We were told the manager was cooking & there was one cashier.

Maybe if taco bell paid their staff better they might keep them.

The giant burrito was ok, but ordered mild and it did have a good bit of heat still. Not sure what happened, but it wasn’t mild.

Went there on two different occasions and both times had a terrible experience. First, they had over 5 workers the night we went, we ordered 3 quesadilla boxes. The other 2 customers who walked in after got their food before us! With five workers just standing around I don’t understand why we waited at all. It wasn’t busy! We waited over 15 minutes just to get our food. Then the person who was giving us the food gave us our own bag to bag the food ourselves. I don’t know how this location is still in business. I would NEVER go there again, they do not deserve our money. The manager there needs to seriously reconvene his/her employees. Such a disgrace.

Never ever get my order right only maybe once out of 20 times. Cant even roll my quesorito correctly I go to like 4 different taco bell locations this is the only that folds and not ROLL it up. Every time I get a number 6 which is 2 chalupas but with only chicken and cheese and there is usually always vegetables in it or not even chicken. I understand it’s fast food but I’m a quality customer who expects to get what they pay for and it’s ridiculous here. Sometimes the cashier doesn’t even punch in my order correctly when I know I tell him exactly how I want it but won’t even see it on the receipt and I have witnesses.

After paying then waiting to get my food, she hands me my food and doesn’t say anything and shuts the window so I thought I had more food coming so she comes back to the window and gives me a look and I ask is that everything she says yes and I say thank you and leave ( she should have said thank you have a nice day when handing me food if that was it) I get home and my husband’s nacho bell grande is missing and today he opens up his Gordita for lunch and there’s no meat!!! Normally we would be whatever and move on but we spent $63!!!!! Never coming here again!
