They do not take your order here. Everything is done by a kiosk (or I should say highly encouraged….they could take your order if needed). When the tacos came, every single shell was broke and there was only about a teaspoon full of meat. The tables were not clean, and the garbage was overflowing.

They didn’t correctly package any of my food, there was meat and cheese all over the bottom of the bag from my tacos. We had ordered a box meal as well there was no box, nothing was wrapped correctly either.

I am warning you not to go here late night. You will get food that you won’t even want to finish eating. I have kept trying with this place for 2 months now. I have never got such disgusting fast food in my life ever. The soft tortilla on the tacos isn’t soft, it’s hard cause they don’t warm it or cook it. The nacho fries I ordered were basically regular fries- no seasoning at all. The potatoes in the potato soft tacos were hard to chew because they were so old and dried out-cold. I’ve ordered the new chicken cantina items not once did they give me the green sauce you’re supposed to get. I threw away the potato tacos I got tonight, and promise this is the last time I will go here. It’s one thing to do a bad job, but you guys are going to give people food poisoning serving food that has just been sitting there for hours, the food has been stale and not made to recipe every single time. This is about the 12th time I’ve been here since May. I’m never coming back. It’s a waste of money to pay for food that u don’t even want to eat.

Out of Taco Bell and Taco John’s, tb is better by far. They are one of the few places in town without fish, (meaning those with fish allergies can get fried items). Taco Bell has only had one unpleasant visit out of all of the times I’ve went which is quite a few. All the tacos are pretty standard filling and reasonably stuffed with cheese and lettuce. The soft shells are occasionally a smidge dry but as a whole pretty good more often than not. My biggest complaint is not nearly enough sauce for large orders (maybe 1-2 packets per taco) as a sauce lover this breaks my heart as I can’t enjoy it with my sides or put as much sauce as I’d like. The staff is friendly and the mobile app is really great when ordering, They have lots of large group deals on menu and on the app. The staff is also pretty accommodating for substitutions and modifications to food. Drinks are always good and completely full. Overall would recommend this Taco Bell.

Whoever was working through the drive- thru this afternoon at 1:07 PM was very rude and inconsiderate to customers and whoever made my food. This is what it looked like when I got it how impressed do you think I am that I paid $14 for this and it to look like this when I receive it. We did not even receive the correct food and we asked for Diablo sauce Ava hot sauce and he could not even get that right! Did not even get straws for our drinks! Drink was not even closed correctly and he says we would survive! Yeah until the lid pops off and spills all over me

For the HUNDREDTH time this isn’t a grilled chipotle burrito! Every other Taco Bell in the state can get it correct. Food is always watery, yes watery. Rude staff 80% of the time. I guess I just don’t understand how or why this Taco Bell is so different from all the rest, and not at all in a good way.
