I decided to try the lobster and shrimp meals. I ordered 2. Spent almost $60 for 6 pieces of shrimp and a over cooked lobster. This Mr. Hibachi restaurant on Cleveland Avenue I will not ever go to again I will stick to the one that is downtown which is my favorite 1. Other then that the customer service was good. Why I given it only 3 stars because my food wasn’t the best.

I would like my $34.66 back. The shrimp were not deveined, the scallops were bland (almost seemed boiled) and the whole thing was inedible. I’ve never had hibachi that was so bad and still full priced. Zero stars.

Would not recommend this location. Ordered ahead of time. Got there and nobody was doing anything. Food wasn’t done until after a half hour past the time of which it was said to be done. Door dash orders were waiting around for a long time as well.

My food was good and there was plenty for me to have left overs the next day. It was definitely a little pricey, zucchini was extra onion straws extra of course the meat was extra (no problem). My real complaint is that I ordered egg yolk and they gave me cabbageeee 🙁 I don’t really care for the yum yum sauce, as it’s not like the original Japanese steak house sauce more like a sweeter mayo based sauce. The ginger is good. The food was good. Even though I had cabbage instead of my original egg yolk, overall, I was happy with the quantity of food.

First time ordering from here, I was amazed how close it was to dine in hibachi taste! A bit pricey but definitely worth a try because its massive portions. I ordered 3 entrees and put them all in a glass pan and mixed in the yum yum sauces (also very tasty) to serve me, my husband and our 3 kids plenty of leftovers. I ordered through grub hub which was pretty quick but next time I’ll just make the trip to avoid the extra fees

Food was great. Portion size was great. Yum yum sauce was good. I was worried about that as I’ve had some terrible,but here it was very good. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in Columbus and in need for pretty fast food but doesn’t taste like fast food and healthier than typical fast food
