My kid ordered from here via app frequently and I pick up and drop off. The food is good and the people are always friendly and cheerful. They don’t mess up the order and they are always polite and friendly. Absolutely will order here again! This applies to both South Locust and JFK locations.

Another great taco bell review, food was typical taco bell but the service as always is a let down. I don’t recommend taco bell and this location is no better. The lobby was closed and I placed the order on the app and to pick up in the lobby. It was pretty inconvenient when there was no mention of the lobby being closed and you can enter in the first door. I tried to cancel the order but they said they could not and I needed to do it via the app. The app cleared the option when I was in the parking lot. I have had other locations cancel the order when they ran out of an item. Since I was traveling with kids we needed to eat in the lobby and it was not fun eating taco bell outside in an ant filled parking lot. Steer clear of this location.

Lobby doors were locked, waited in line for over 20 minutes with no greeting or response until I shouted hello and they told me to give them a minute. I get if you’re behind on orders or understaffed but at least try to have customer service.

Absolutely horrible service everytime I come here. Always a long wait and very rude service. I’ve been there how many times waiting in the drive thru and get up to the intercom and than they tell me they are closed before they are supposed to be or ran out of product so can not make my order. They definitely need new management and staff.

If somebody asks you to add potatoes to their burritos, and you charge $2.20 for them extra potatoes, you would think you would put more than one tiny piece of potato on each burrito. I know forsure yall dropped out in 1st grade.

Tried to go to Taco bell but could not as the dining room was closed. However the Burger King next door was excellent. I would recommend the wonderful chicken sandwiches from burger king next door as their dining room is open. Next time please don’t waste my time.
