Would give 0 stars if possible. Spent $30 on food that looks like a toddler could have made better my chicken melts barely even had anything in them at all not to mention all the food was cold and the tortillas were definitely stale (pictures included) they forgot my cinnamon twists twice and the second time I just said screw it and left after waiting in line for a long time will definitely be speaking to the manager and getting my money back because this is just ridiculous.

Worst fast food situation in my 32 years. Rudest menu taker and window worker ever. Turns out that’s the “manager”. Cold coffee wrong food- when we went in too correct the problems we we’re completely disregarded. Got three combos tonight two of the combos came with hard shells that were completely smashed and looked like a freaking immature adult made them… The chips tasted completely old. Well I’m never eating at taco bell ever again. It’s supposed to be fast food, but we waited a very long time even to get our orders. We ordered 5 burritos (2 veg and 3 non veg). When the order arrived it arrived without any labels. When we asked the server we couldn’t identify veggie burritos. He simply said, “I don’t know too man. Just open it up and look”.

Workers are rude and they get your order wrong about 90% of the time. Tried talking to the store manager who said she would call me back two different times and never heard from her again. I ate inside the restaurant. The food was delicious, the price was plus $8, but you get a hardshell taco, soft boritto, twisty cinnamon twists and a medium drink. Good value. The service was a little slow, because i did not use the order device.

4/21/23 around 11am I came through the drive thru and the girl gave us a disgusting attitude. Completely rude when speaking to me while my 2 year old is sitting behind me in my car. I ask for sauces at the speaker and she gives me only a couple Diablo and Fire, I ordered $30 worth of food for my family and my 2 year old likes mild sauce, cannot have Diablo or Fire. Horrible experience. Recommend going elsewhere!
