They gave us the wrong meals and drinks after telling them more than three times what we ordered. I paid $27 for the wrong food and it’s not even good food. Hamilton do better

My super friend and I went to Taco Bell super late night because it was my birthday and we wouldn’t have a good time and have some great Taco Bell however we got to the window and we ordered two number ones and we asked about the street tacos the new ranch chicken Chalupa long story short they got annoyed at us at the window because we were asking questions about the Tacos so they told us to pull forward actually a woman came on the speaker over the guy that was taking an order and told us to pull forward so we did when we got to the window they already had made two number ones plus the Tacos that we asked about not that we ordered and they got upset because they already had made them and they told us they couldn’t do that so basically they made us buy them, which made me annoyed, but I bought them anyways I think that’s super unfair because we didn’t order them. They just basically made us buy them, but I didn’t want to be rude and not buy them but Rosa I hope you’re reading this because I know that you like your numbers to be high and by us sitting at the window asking questions make your number is low and I’m sure that’s what you teach all your employees. I’m very disappointed at your service. And I did tell the guys at the windows go ahead and give me the food I ordered and whatever you already made, but I still will report this.

Gave us a medium drink for a large, all 3 of the soft shell tacos were so soggy the shells were practically like mush. Last but not least the burrito was the wrong order, on top of the cashier giving attitude. Waste of 25$.

Not very friendly staff. They have an updated ordering system (AI) seems to be more friendlier than the actual person who gave my order. My fries were barely even warm doesn’t seem to be fresh.

Made a mobile order. It didnt ask me for a pick up time. Got there after work and they “couldn’t find my order” even though I could provide the order #. They couldn’t look it up like that. Showed them my order confirmation on my phone. Still couldn’t help. Then they told me I had to talk to the people on the app.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Spent $30 on food that looks like a toddler could have made better my chicken melts barely even had anything in them at all not to mention all the food was cold and the tortillas were definitely stale (pictures included) they forgot my cinnamon twists twice and the second time I just said screw it and left after waiting in line for a long time will definitely be speaking to the manager and getting my money back because this is just ridiculous.

Good food but I’m glad I ordered two! Serving size has really decreased over a while now. What used to be a tasty and cheap place to eat is now more expensive than some other chains and drink sizes along with portion size have dipped. Love the food but not the price.

Got the avocado chicken burrito . Terrible chicken cooked to death no avocado tortilla tough like rubber. I also got two 5 layers they were bean and a little cheese not what I paid for or ordered.this is the first time since last year when i got lousy food . I won’t be back .

Had two door dash orders come through at 706 am to be picked up by 715 am at 710 i walked in and the store was just being opened and when I tried to speak to the girls they looked at me and walked away around the corner and never came back out, I had to explain to the customer that the store wasn’t processing their orders and I was the only person there. The one was in her pajamas and working, no gloves no hair nets was pretty disgusted with the whole experience and you can damn well believe i threw them under the bus with door dash, very rude and disrespectful employees
