All I can truly say is WOW!!! What an amazing experience! I absolutely love this place and what it stands for! From the ambience of walking in and the smell of the food to the cleanliness and the professionalism of the employees…..down to the first bite. The food is unmatched by Subway, Jimmy John’s or Jersey Mikes! This sandwich was delicious every single bite! I will be back here as this is my new favorite place and there’s so much to choose from! Food is great, my only complaint is not getting my food ready by the time it’s pick up time. First time ordering food for pick up. Order pick up was scheduled at 4pm, I had placed the order 30 mins prior. We got to the store on time, but our food was not even ready or in the make. I was the only customer there, placed was dead. I was told to wait for 2nd shift to make my order. I was confused as to why should I have to wait when my food was scheduled to pick up at a 4? All the employees were just standing around doing nothing. So I had to wait 15 mins for my order. Again, I was the only customer there at the time.

The bread was “burnt”, it was black on top. If I had been eating there I would have taken the sandwich back. There was so much mayonnaise on it that every time you took a bite all the items in the sub would slide out the other side. This was by far the worst food I’ve ever gotten from Firehouse. It will be a long time before I eat there again! Terrible.

It is so busy during lunch time and with all the online orders. Service was sooo slow. Not their fault but it is the longest I have to wait in a deli. Feels like 20min.
Sandwich is getting smaller and more expensive now. $10 for a medium, that sucks. Used to be $11 for large and stack with meat. I don’t know if I eat at firehouse again. Used to be my favorite chain sandwich shop.

Walked in Friday night around 8:30pm They close at 9pm. No one to be found. Used bathroom and came back. Still no one. Finally someone came from the back and waited on me. While I was eating a couple came in, had same experience. When someone finally came out she told the people that they closed at 9pm. It’s was 9:02pm. They were in there before 9. They weren’t served and left. Who owns this place? They need a lesson in customer service.

So we came into fire house today and ordered a stake and cheese plane and a Jamaican jerk. I proceed to the bathroom and hade pee everywhere tbh…. But anyway I got back to my table to see a Jamaican. But not my stake and cheese instead I was handed a Cajun chicken. It wasn’t bad but not what I wanted or ordered so please just listen little lady it’s not to hard. And if you can’t hear me please say something but got to try something new. But you should still be paying attention. check your receipt when you order

We went for lunch and since the store was busy we decided to do take out. I ordered an Italian sub and my wife ordered a club sub. Sandwiches were served toasted. They were tasty with a good amount of meats and topping. The firehouse sub story is very compelling, as the give a portion of the proceeds to first responders. That alone is enough to make me a repeat visitor. They are quick and friendly with the service. Overall a good experience.
