Only ordered two crunchy tacos and a regular size nacho fries, When I finally got home, I realized they gave me the nacho cheese, but did not give me any nacho fries. You could already tell the girl at the front window did not care to even be there, she was super quiet. My order was so simple and this shouldn’t happen on an order with 3 items total.

I don’t feel my order was too difficult but for some reason after receiving partial of my ordered I waited 15 minutes for them to give what was missing. I put my name on the receipt when I first placed it but for some reason they kept making Ashley’s order but calling my name (it happens 3 times ) and I know I repeated my order 4+ times . It was a to go order but kids end up eating their stuff as we waited. The food was not warm or hot. So be prepared to preheat! I took my portion of food home since kids ate and it turn out my 5 layer burritos was just a bean burritos and I wasn’t about to go back wait some more. Issues like this should have resolved in a free meal or refund but most of all a apology would be nice. I hope it getting better and not turn into it’s neighbors.

I was visiting family in Louisville I stopped by here once on the way and I stopped once on the way back. Both times I got food. And let me tell you I’ve been to a few different Taco bells in the surrounding areas. The service was speedy. They were friendly. The second time around I had an incident with my daughter and I really needed to get her into the restroom and they were accommodating I was a little frantic cuz I was worried she was going to have an accident and the manager when she came through she was very calm she assessed the situation and talk to me calmly she was very respectful she was helpful she was everything a manager should strive to be and then some. Who runs the Taco Bell really well she clearly is doing training really well because all of her staff was respectable even when I was frantic and chaotic all of their staff handled the situation really well I did Apologize when things calm down for being frantic and even then the manager, she was so kind and nice. Keep it up y’all are amazing

They round up in their favor no matter if it’s 3 or 4 cents and if you go there 3 or ,4 times a week it adds up. The manager said she doesn’t give out pennies at the location and that’s how they do it and never round down in the customer’s favor. I’ll just stop going there. They run out of sauce often and give you napkins that are brown restroom paper towels. Other businesses around there, Kroger etc round mostly in the customer’s favor. Boycott!!

Managaer was rude aa hell!!!!!The food is always good..BUT….Always giving the wrong order to customers…I was made to come inside to get my order fixed after placing the order thru the drive thru…as I am waiting there were 4 other people waiting to get their order fixed…I dont understand the way i was treated when I had a receipt as well as jus placed the order. I won’t be going back, I’ve went there 3 times since they opened. The best thing I can say is the employees are super friendly and nice, however out of the 3 times I’ve been I’ve only had my order done right on the first visit, the two times after the food was put together in a very sloppy manner that was enough to immediately kill my appetite, I mean this last time I fully believe they slapped the meat into the shell at mock Jesus speeds, the whole taco wrapper was soaked from the meat. I put it back in the bag and just threw it away when I got home. I’m not gonna go in and complain about food presentation cause the employees are really nice and it just doesn’t seem worth it, so I’ll be going to a different location anytime I feel the Taco Bell cravings
