I went here on my lunch break. They told me to pull up to the white arrow at the end of drive through. 15 minutes roll by and they start handing food to the cars behind me. I pull in and head into the lobby mind you, i have a 30 minute lunch. No one is at the register and there is another customer also standing there waiting for her order. Long story short they gave it to the lady behind me.i wait another five or so minutes for them to remake my food i dont get my fries because they needed to put down more. One of the cashiers DID give me a free cheesecake as recompense. But i was ten minutes late from lunch and without my entire order. And this is not the first time something like this had happened at this location. I realize mistakes happen in fast food but they shouldn’t happen every time i roll into this location.

This store is always very dirty no matter the time of day. The tables, doors, , counter tops, chairs, and benches are sticky and have food in all stages of decomposition on them. The doors are smeared and have hand/finger prints all over them. You don’t want to touch them and then eat finger foods. The soda machine is always splattered with dried soda all over it. It’s a touch screen drink dispenser and always smeared with dirty hand prints. The trash is overflowing and stinks. The condiments bins are filthy! This is beyond just getting busy and not having time. This is chronic negligence that comes feom every level of employee. If this is how the part of the restaurant we can see is , I can only assume the back where food is prepared is just as bad or worse. If you can’t do this job worth a darn, why would anyone want to give you job with greater responsibility?

I had a bad experience here, yet the Manager Christian (sorry if misspelled) made it right and handled the situation professionally.
And when I came in for a Refund this Young Man Keveon (again sorry if misspelled) was a very professional and polite young man and was able to refund me my money and give me a replacement meal for our troubles. Thank you to the management for making us feel heard and keeping us as customers. That young Man deserves a raise!

There are no employees to take your order, which was very surprising. There is a touch screen instead. The touchscreen wouldn’t allow burger customizations, so we had to use the mobile app to order. Freestyle machine was out of probably 70% of the drink options. Tables and floors were dirty. The “bonus jack combo” showed a regular size burger in the app, but we received burgers that were kids meal size. They were also out of potato wedges. The fries tasted great and were cooked perfectly, so they did do one thing well. We won’t be back to this specific location.

absolutely horrible never come here. I was in the drive through ordering my food and then payed and they told me to wait at the front. I did and there were-no cars behind me at the time but they started coming in after a few minutes but i waited 30 MINUTES for my food to finally come. They handed the other cars behind me all their food before me even though i was first. people were walking in and out getting their orders while im sitting here waiting. to add onto that the staff was highly rude and they forgot two large curly frys. Horrible experience i would never come here again

This is the third time in a row they’ve forgotten something. First time was the large curly fry, second time was the actual burger now they forgot the drink and fry and I was in such a rush I didn’t even check and they gave me the wrong burger. I’m positive I was given the wrong orders each time. I used to be a regular here and now I’m going out of my way to go somewhere else.

Ordered a meal and loaded tacos. After paying I was informed they don’t have the cheese and would compensate a cheese cake. Cool. Get home. No tiny tacos. Call me petty but that’s five bucks. I could’ve cared less for the cheese cake. And would’ve preferred my money back since I still didn’t get the tiny tacos.
Edit: I’m not shocked anymore. Popcorn chicken box combo. I mean. 2 items. It seems after some time. Accuracy is still not there. I wasted $10 to get half my order.

Waited nearly 25 minutes for our order. Watched several people walk in and then walk out, as the staff told them they were way behind. Most of drink syrups were out of order. Quality of our burgers was less than ideal.
