Store claimed they “didn’t have my order in the system” right after I ordered on the kiosk in the store. We waited and watched at least 10 other customers get served before they asked us if we were waiting for food. One of the workers even asked if I was sure that I ordered on the kiosk. Pretty sure I ordered after spending 5 minutes on the machine. Overall awful customer service, they tried to make me feel stupid because of their own mistake.
