One of the slowest taco bells I’ve been to. I ordered 2 items and had to wait over 15 mins. If you’re really hungry go somewhere else. You could probably go home and make tacos faster. The workers are nice though.

We came in time for the normal dinner rush but they are amazing workers and are trying the best they can. We had to wait a little longer than normal but food was accurate and fresh! Patience goes along way for these workers..especially seems how I come from 7 years of a mcdonalds fast food work myself. People are just flat out mean to these people and it’s not ok to take it out on them when they are simply trying there best.

We ordered 3 different burritos, and they came unmarked, so we had to unwrap them to tell which was which. The interior was like thick soup, and we could not tell them apart. One was a chicken, and one was a supreme, and the other was a beefy melt. Even the helper that came to our table could not tell us. We ate them, not knowing what we were eating. It was no fun.

2nd time at this location that the service was unbelievably slow- the first time was drive through where we observed 2 employees hanging around outside, an d today while 5-6 customers were waiting for their food, the kid at the register stood there, twirling something, then wandered around the lobby area with a spray bottle, but not cleaning anything – very poor management…will never go there again. The other guys making the food were nice.

They got slammed so wait times were excruciatingly long but what bothered me the most was when they would give the food to customers who’d been waiting 20+ minutes, they would plop/half toss it on the counter or stand. No one apologized for the wait. You could hear them complaining it was TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am very patient and understand that businesses can get slammed but saying I’m sorry for your wait we got slammed would have made my 40 minute wait on a mobile order a little less painful.

But I’ll try out the new beef andcheese dippers.. I wish I could upload the picture I have of what I got.. it was mushy stuck to the rapper broken in half falling apart they were out of beef so I ordered steak but then someone decided to give me chicken.. they forgot the chips and cheese when I went back to the line I offered to show them the receipt first thing I did.. but somehow the lady wanted to debate with me that it wasn’t on the receipt before she even looked at it..

Where to start… Standing here inside the restaurant I’m looking at every employee violating plenty of health codes. Touching faces, clothes, hats and hair, with gloves, without washing their hands and not changing their gloves. Plenty of horseplay to go around. No hair nets at all. And plenty of inappropriate conversation in front of customers. Honestly I enjoy tacobell once in a while but after seeing this I’m not eating here again. I’ve been a chef with a degree for a long time. This would be unacceptable at my restaurant. Besides waiting 30 minutes for a in house order. I think a 1 star review is fair.

We ended up getting a refund. Menu items not available. Nobody knew what they were doing. No management on site. The men’s bathroom urinals were overflowing all over the floor. The place was just a total mess.

Went through the line at 1am and by the time we got to ordering they refused us service after we were told we were the last ones to order. And instead of telling us they locked the drive through window. Were absolutely rude and didn’t care and wouldn’t listen to us.
