Thanks to my roommate for allowing to take his son to Crayola Experience. This lil fella had himself a blast and I had a blast just watching him. If you are in the Orlando area with children I strongly encourage you to bring the little ones here. They will love it. Adults do not come alone nor without toddlers.

I want to start this by saying I worked for this very location in 2014 and have NEVER seen service this bad before or during my time here. ordered curb side pick up, when I arrived there was a garbage container blocking all 4 curbside spots. I waited at drive thru pick up for about 10 minutes. No one came. I went to the drive thru. And the woman couldn’t find my order and got rude despite me not raising my voice at her or getting angry with her. She then said ” well I’ll be back while you figure that out.” And started ringing up other customers. I went to the drive thru window to show her my order that she refused to help me with. And as I showed her, the order completed itself. I asked her what’s going on and said I was going to wait for it at the window. She slammed the window on me and went back to other customers. She came back eventually To which another employee confirmed they already gave the order away. She then called a manager. At least I think. This person’s name was Glenda, I believe, and they were very kind. But my entire order needed to be remade. But unfortunately the woman at the drive thru was terrible. What was supposed to be a in and out order became about 15-20 minutes.

If you need to be at work in time go to another place, or just go without even have the thought to stop here. 20 minutes to make a smoothie and and an a coffee. Mean employees and will scream at you if you ask them for your order. This place is the worse. They served the bigger meal faster than two simple things as a coffee and a smoothie. No wonder Starbucks is always full which is two streets down further. DO NOT HO THERE IF YOU NEED TO BE AT WORK ON TIME. Usually a decent experience but today was ridiculous- cars pulled infront of the stop sign blocking anyone from drive through from leaving rather than in the actual spots for waiting. Then I ordered two meals waited forever and both orders wrong but because they held me so long for two burritos time wasted, then there’s HAIR in my food. Ridiculous the bigger female for working the 5am shift at front needs to figure it out

3am Tuesday drive through guy was beyond rude! If your having a bad night then go home!! I told him my code for this location and he said they been having app issues. Told me to refresh and I did and then said that the code was already used! So I asked what was it the app issues or the code was used and he got loud with me and rude!!

They are either very slow and it takes 10 minutes before they acknowledge you at the drive- thru. Or if they take your order and make it at a decent time it’s wrong.

Ordered at 9:34pm got my order at 10:12 and I live 1 mile away. Got water instead of sprite, big Macs cold, french fries refried. Couldn’t use any coupons at this location said not accepted.. was first time ordering delivery for MCD and last time.
